It’s Tuesday heading to flats for tacos !!! They are on sale don’t you know. It’s $12 for 2 biggg tacos 3 different meats maybe 4 I always get the chicken and ground beef… they have two type of chicken li like the blackened…. You get chips, drink and small salsa (the salsa is 1$) worth it….
They are also pretty good size value for dollar….

The brow haired girl idk her name sorry but she is there every time I go there and she is a worker, runs the register, cokes, runs food, helps the take out, crub service etc. all the worker in the back young man curl blonde ish hair is a hard worker also scrubbing the crap out of the floors …. I like seeing young people working hard who ever is hiring here knows what they are doing trust ….

Recently tried for the first time and liked it so much we went back again. I like that they have a few draft options for people who like beer with their tacos and guacamole and chips. One of the girls who works there, Brook, is a gem and such a pleasure to be around. We will keep coming back if everyone treats customers the way she does.

6pm on a Monday, it was DEAD. Not complaining at all, I’m normally here during the lunch rush. Order was taken fast. Other employee was busy cleaning and wiping down tables. Everything was super clean.
Order arrived fast, first the beefy queso then each other item.
Several Uber eats orders came while we were eating there. Employees were kind and attentive to each person. Also had 3-5 regular customers coming or order to go food.
Maybe we cracked the time for the perfect day/time to go. Maybe it’s due to back to school. But if you want to beat the rush and have the restaurant to yourself, go Monday evening. Definitely will be back!

The staff was amazing. I wanted the garlic lime shrimp bowl, but they had run out of shrimp. I ordered something else paid and sat down. The employee who took my order came out and told me they could make what I originally wanted and wouldn’t take no for an answer when I told her I’d be fine with what I paid for.
The customer service is wonderful. They were attentive and kind. The food was so delicious, and the sauce options were diverse and spicy!

The atmosphere is great, the hot sauce table was good, but the food, not so good.
I order a stake salad, but the stake, aside from being a tiny portion, it had no taste. I like spices on my protein. It was pretty “Flat” like the name of the place. And for these reasons, I’m not coming back.
But please don’t take my word for it. You might like it.

Been back three times now and always fantastic. Thursdays have a special. For undrr 9.00 yoy get a huge burrito or a burrito bkwl, chips and a drink!!!! First time and wow!!!!! Delicious, fast, friendly!!! Will be back!!!!

Tijuana Flats Brooksville is a great new restaurant here in our Hernando County community. They have only been open a little over a week but I have gone there a few times and every meal has been good. I have tried the tacos, the salads, the burritos, the churros, and the hot sauces. They all were great. The food and the atmosphere are much better than Moe’s and Chipotle. They have great beer and wine specials during their happy hour. Corey the GM is very pleasant and helpful. The rest of the staff is friendly and willing to assist you in any way they can to make your dining experience more enjoyable including the front manager Benjamin. Check them out.

Food is awesome. Make it how you want it. I tried Flautas, hubby had the bangin chicken burrito (the sauce is buffalo so he had that taken off), and my son had the steak quesadilla. We ordered queso and nachos. FYI! They feed a lot of people. Lol I was thinking small. There’s nothing small about them and the real cheese queso is flavored so well! Also had dessert cookie dough flautas and they are also awesome. They do have a tip option because they serve you here after you order. It was our first time coming here. Very nice staff. Leave the trays on the table when you leave. They also pick up after you’re done eating. We will be back.
