My mom and I just shared the most enjoyable luncheon at Bluefin Sushi of Parkland. The whole experience from start to finish was utterly charming, and most importantly the food was fresh and delicious.
The sushi was beautifully prepared and tasted as if it just jumped from the sea onto our plates; the curry was unlike others that I’ve had and absolutely scrumptious; the bao buns were bright and savory; and the mochi cheesecake was the perfect way to wrap up what was one of the best Asian meals I’ve had in a long while. (If we weren’t so busy eating, I would have more photos to share…)
To top it all off, I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such fantastic service! Paula and May were beyond brilliant—I’m already looking forward to my next visit! ❤️

Had a fantastic experience at Bluefin Sushi in Parkland. The fish was incredibly fresh, the rolls were creative without being overcomplicated, and everything came out beautifully presented. The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was clean, modern, and comfortable.
You can really tell they take pride in the quality of their ingredients. The sashimi was top-notch and the specialty rolls were excellent. Whether you’re going for a casual dinner or a nice night out, this place is definitely worth visiting.

Everything was fresh, prepared with care, and beautifully presented. The owners’ warmth to the family of service staff help make for a good experience. Highly recommend!!!

We absolutely love this sushi restaurant and come here often as a family. We’re always greeted warmly, seated quickly, and treated with such friendly, attentive service. The food is consistently fresh and high quality—especially the sashimi, which never disappoints. And the green tea? Truly the best I’ve ever had. Very hospitable environment! Everyone is so friendly. Our server Haylee was phenomenal and very attentive. The boss Tim is also amazing and super kind. The photo is of the Key West roll and Thai doughnuts. Both were phenomenal. Recommend for everyone.
