Ordered a meal and spent $3 to have extra sauces. Didn’t include any sides that I asked for. And didn’t include the side of fried pickles I ordered. The two men who bagged my order talked smack about me in Spanish and assumed I didn’t understand it. I thought this location was doing better. I’m tired of having my money stolen at this place. Do better

I ordered 2 small meals in the drive through; 1 classic and 1 spicy. Side orders were red beans and rice.
My spicy meal was a classic one instead.

January 3, 2026. About 1PM.

As I waited at the window, I couldn’t help but notice the utter confusion inside the counter/window area.

TIP: check your order before leaving the parking lot.
THEY won’t.

Robert was very informative and very honest. Definitely knows his transmissions. Could have easily taken me for a new transmission as I thought my truck needed one but told me it had plenty of life left on it.

Went through the drive through, could barley understand the person taking our order. Very broken english and fast. Our order was correct on screen. No receipt given and only one napkin for two meals. Recieved the wrong sandwich. I called after i got home a 30 min drive. They were again hard to understand, pur on hold, had to repeat myself several times. They suggested I bring the good right back after telling them the distance and that i didn’t realize until on the way home that order was wrong. Refused to do anything without a receipt that they didn’t provide. Also fry containers only half full. Won’t be going back

I want to share my experience so others understand exactly what to expect at this Popeyes. My husband and I both work two full-time jobs, so cooking at home is not always possible. On this particular day, I got off work early and, despite not wanting Popeyes, my husband requested it. Trying to be supportive, I agreed. Because I know this location’s reputation, I called ahead to ensure the food would be fresh.

I spoke with Victor, explained I wanted a 16-piece meal, and specifically asked for the chicken to be hot and coming fresh out of the grease. He assured me that if I gave him 20 minutes, everything would be ready. I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism on the phone.

When I arrived, the chicken was coming right out of the fryer, and I thought maybe—just maybe—this visit would be different. I paid over $50 for the 16-piece bundle, two large sides, and eight biscuits. I took the food home and started preparing my husband’s lunch because, like many people on break, he only has a limited time to eat.

As I unpacked the order to store the rest for the week, I realized the Red Beans & Rice were missing. Frustrated, I called the store back. Victor answered again. I explained that the only issue was the missing side. Instead of simply apologizing or offering a quick solution, he told me I needed to bring the food back so he could inspect it to determine whether it was truly missing.

He then launched into a speech about how customers lie and that he often reviews the cameras and finds that people “actually weren’t missing anything.” He asked me why I didn’t check my order prior to leaving the store, Like it was my fault my food was missing. I was stunned. Not only was I being spoken to as though I were dishonest, but I was also being asked to prove myself over a side item I had already paid for.

I asked him, “Since you’re going to review the footage anyway, can’t you just call me back once you verify it?” His response was to tell me to call back in an hour.

Never in my life have I felt interrogated at a restaurant over a missing $3 side—especially after spending more than $50.

When I called back, Victor was no longer on shift. I went to the store, and the employees told me they “don’t sell rice,” despite the fact that I had ordered—and paid for—Red Beans & Rice earlier that same day. There was no consistency, no accountability, and absolutely no customer service.

For those considering dining in: don’t. The tables are consistently dirty, the floor is always filthy, and the bathroom is so unsanitary that sitting on the toilet feels like a health risk. It is genuinely surprising that the health department has not shut this location down.

I wasn’t asking for a refund. I wasn’t demanding anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the side item I paid for.

Please do not waste your money or your time at this Popeyes. This location needs serious management, employee training, and a health inspection—immediately.

Management and service at this Popeyes are consistently disappointing. The place feels unorganized, the staff seems overwhelmed, and orders take way longer than they should. There’s little communication, and when something goes wrong, management doesn’t step in to fix it. It’s frustrating because other Popeyes locations don’t operate like this.

Btw listen to the reviews you know it’s bad when the AI itself is throwing backlash.

Good Food had its ups and downs. They served my toddlers wings instead of boneless chicken and forgot the fries. The man at the front was eating while serving others, and it took him seven minutes to get me a bag of food. The food was delicious, and the cooks did a great job, but they could improve their service and manners.

We’ve been to some Popeyes that were very unwelcoming to the point we basically walked out. This one was clean and welcoming. The staff were kind and courteous. The food was delicious.

The shrimps tasted better but chicken was oily and seemed not fresh. The staff was friendly though. The menu items were limited from the menu i have seen and ate several times in Dubai. They need to introduce the burger line as well. They need to up their game and bring more to the menu. The furnishings were good and modern restaurant outline.

I just ordered a six piece wing dinner at 715 on 12/4/25, we got the wings home in. They were raw on the inside and blood was coming out. I returned to the store where we purchased the wings and showed the young people behind the counter who were working the raw wings and they proceeded to tell me that wings are supposed to be cooked like that. Literally there was blood coming from all the drummies. I asked the guy behind the counter if he would eat them with blood in them like that and he proceeded to tell me they was there was Were supposed to be cooked. Poor customer service and even poor food preparation. The food could’ve made us deathly sick and that is a safety hazard will not be eating Popeyes chicken again.
