I’m a rideshare driver and needed to stop by to use the restroom, and I was genuinely impressed. Compared to other McDonald’s locations, this one was very clean the dining area was well kept and the restrooms were spotless. It was also my first time seeing a two-story McDonald’s, which was pretty cool. (Sorry I do not give 5⭐️)

Disgusting fries on old oil, super black and dry patty, terrible service, restroom on the second floor with no stairs and scary elevator, why you put the code on bathroom door??! I ordered delivery via Door Dash late night after a hard day and listed no pickles or onions on my burger. I hate pickles but have a mild allergy to onions, so that aspect is super important. When I received my order it’s covered in onions and pickles, to the point their embedded in the melted cheese. I can’t even begin to try to salvage this burger.
It’s extremely important to get all orders right, but especially delivery app orders since the person isn’t there to check them. I’m extremely upset. This is to add on top of previous experiences at the drive through where the person talking my order was rather curt and spoke over me regularly. I don’t usually get McDonald’s anymore and this just made me highly unlikely to try it again any time soon.

We are locals here and usually costumer service is great. The problem I have is that their sweet tea taste old and it taste like they don’t clean or make a new batch. People can get sick if you’re serving old tea.

Ask for ketchup with your large fry and they give you this joke, 5 squirts in a nugget cup. Drink refills take a long time because the machine is behind the counter now, and nobody staffs the counter because they’re trying to get everyone to use the kiosks.

I was there early in the morning & went through the drive thru. It took a while for the drive thru to take my order because the system was down. I ordered online so I gave my code and went to window. He asked me to wait in stall 2. It was quite a long wait, there were 2 others also waiting. I think he was working by himself. When I finally got the food it was hot, fresh and delicious.

Ordered breakfast from here while traveling on vacation, it took a while for them to get the food out for such a small order, especially since I placed the order from where we were staying and then drove over. The food wasn’t anything great, it is McDonald’s so I don’t have crazy high expectations but you get what you pay for.
