Everytime I come here they dont allow my coupons but it gets accepted on my phone, usually they make it right and the manager told me today, “I cant use it because its not this place its a restaurant and it doesn’t qualify here. If it doesnt qualify why is it on the app, it let me open it and it when through their system its just not popping up on their screens, I had couple had a couple times where I had to screenshot this so I can get my deal! Sometimes I feel like when they do give me the discount they sometime dont give me fresh food, I usually dont complain because I love coming here ever since I was a kid.

Went to this location 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Service is extremely slow, food was stale and not fresh, everytime I ordered a hot mocha, they didn’t ask but just brought a mocha frap stating the mocha machine was out of service, staff rude when asking for sauce (when I never received it with my meal in the first place). Did yall switch management? This place used to me so good 2 years ago. Where is Natasha??? She held that place together

It’s hot outside, so I venture in to buy me a drink; I pay $2.20 for a medium cup from the Shift Manager, Jeannette.
As I walk to the drink machine, there is an elderly white lady searching for the lemonade spicket (my choice too)!
I press the ice dispenser and no ice, and the old lady says it doesn’t work but this one does, but where is the lemonade!?
I tell her, go tell the lady and she will dispense it from the behind the counter.
She does.
I fill up my cup with ice and pass the lady as I am walking to the counter.
She thanks me for the info and smiles as she sips the cool lemon drink.
So this ‘Black Man’ lets Jeannette know, I would like lemonade!
She says, “It costs more!”
I wanted to tell her, “The white lady with the same size cup as I have got lemonade and didn’t pay extra!”
But I just let it go and told the Shift Lead, “No.”
As I proceeded to walk away, she then tells me OK I will give it to you at a discount price — I still dissent!
She then goes okay I’ll give it to you!
I just turn away and get me an overly sweet Hi-C from the fountain dispenser and leave, knowing full-well I will not be coming EVER again to this store!

Staff is clueless. Won’t call your order until it’s sitting on a shelf (not a heated one) behind the counter for 10 mins. Then you open a burger to see this (Pic added).

Why have a 2 lane drive-thru but have one of them blocked? Not just that but how are you supposed to order when both menu screens are glitching? Get napkins is like pulling teeth, food was all room temp, fries look like they were just thrown in the bag, couldn’t whip the extra soda off the outside of the cup, and burger wrapper and box covered in grease. 1 and last time come here. Also pay window person was MIA for a good 2 minutes. So glad I gave this place my hard earned money.

Drive-through moved pretty quick the service was great didn’t have to ask for ketchup or napkins food was consistent fries were warm and fresh However they messed up on my order I had to turn around come back walk inside to get my order corrected

This is my go to McDonald’s with the kids. They use to be greedy with the sauces after ordering 4, 10 piece nuggets and will only recieve 2 of them sauces, so I would hve to ask for more because I hve a lot of big backs in the car with me. There are some workers that are generous but then there are some who goes by the book smh
