My wife and I go there about once a week. I have to say the people there are really good — far above the “standard” of fast food places. It’s also very clean. Cleanest fast food place I’ve ever been in. The food is good too. Slightly higher quality than a culvers. The frys are excellent. We don’t do much fast food, but when we do, it’s usually this particular Freddy’s.

If it was possible to leave a zero star review I would. I stopped in today with my 5 and 3 year old kids and the service from the cashier was misleading and the guy calling out numbers who gave me my food was rude. From the beginning when I finished my order I told the cashier I forgot to add 2 small cheese cups which are indeed very small. I asked if I needed to pay for them and the cashier said don’t worry about it just ask the guy giving the food out and he will take care of it and give them to you. As instructed I waited for my food and when my number was called i asked politely if he could help me with the very small cheese cups. He said very rude and annoyed that unfortunately those will be 75 cents a piece and said go pay for them at the register. Didn’t even make eye contact or exhibit any kind of normal customer service skills. Just said what he said and didn’t care. So then now I’m annoyed bc I already tried to fix this while I was at the register but ok I went back to the register and paid. When I returned the guy puts the cheese cups on the counter next to the food which is weird bc why would you not put them on the tray with the rest of my food that’s getting cold bc of the run around your putting me through on something so insignificant. Overall the message was loud and clear from the guy passing food out. Give freddy’s your money and don’t bother us!

The burgers are tasty, albeit the hamburger patties are so thin light shines through them.
The tots and onion rings were tasty.
The season salt added a lot to the burgers and sides.
The jalapeño fry sauce was good.
They serve Pepsi beverages which is why I gave them 4 stars. Pepsi is just sadness in a cup.

Food was great. Grilled chicken was thick and juicy. The issue was the shake. It was like liquid and when I asked if that’s how it’s supposed to be I was told yes. It was the consistency of chocolate milk.

Second time in the last month they forgot a meal or send the wrong one. For $40 you would think they would get it figured out or at least double check the receipts There resolution make you drive back while the rest of your food gets cold lose lose. Last time they were going to mail gift cards magically never came. So now one hot meal and 2 40 minute old soggy ones. Waste of time $$$$ and energy.

Freddy’s is always staffed with friendly and accommodating people. The wait to receive your food is just about the right time to pick your table, fill your drinks, and grab a cup or two of Freddy’s fry sauce.
The burger served here is a fantastic example of a good lace edge. They are reasonably sized, very flavorful, and possibly the most important is how fresh all of the ingredients tasted.
This is the second time visiting Freddy’s and I opted to try their white cheddar cheese curds. That was probably the best decision of the meal.

I had an issue with online ordering and left a bad review on the Freddys online survey. I was called by the general manager within 30 minutes of submitting the review and part of the issue I had was my fault not Freddys. The GM was very friendly and refunded my order even though I asked him not to after we determined what the cause of the problem was. Speaking with the GM definitely impressed me I plan to continue to be a frequent customer of this location and the 96th and Michigan location owned by the same franchisee.
