I am beyond disgusted!!! I get to my destination and start to drink my drink, it taste like straight WATER so I opened the lid and that’s what was in it. its supposed to be a medium hot chocolate. The audacity!! first of all it’s in a large cup and not filled to the top that’s exactly how much they gave me. Hot chocolate does not look like milk water. I called to report this to the manager. No answer. I would never go to this establishment again. I do want to let them know how disgusting this was. I definitely won’t be back.

Worst McDonald’s ever!!! I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but every experience I’ve had at this specific location was horrid. I sat in the drive thru for almost an hour. My fries were extremely cold and soggy like they had been sitting out for some time and I didn’t even get a straw. You would think after waiting like a duck you’d at least get it right. This is my third time having a problem with this location. This visit was the cherry on top. Fries are ALWAYS cold here. Either no salt or overly salted. Drive thru lines always take forever here. Food preparation takes FORFREAKINGEVER. I’ve dealt with missing food items here, horrible service and a disgusting atmosphere. You would think being the closest McDonald’s to the campuses there would be SOMETHING good about this place. I rather drive to the one at the OTHER end of West Tenn.

February 14th stopped by for breakfast before hitting road, waited for 15 minutes for curbside before I just went in. Stood in line for another 10 minutes while the woman at the counter berated the Hispanic customer for having limited English. Incredibly disgusting.

McDonald’s hours are completely unreliable. The app and Google say they’re open, but when you actually pull up, they’re randomly closed. There’s no notice, no explanation, nothing. I was here at 2am the other night and they were open with no issue, but tonight at the same time they’re suddenly closed. It feels like a guessing game every time you come. If the hours are going to change, they need to update them accurately so people aren’t wasting gas and time. Consistency matters, especially for a place that’s supposed to be dependable late at night.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s! I waited for 30 mins for a McChicken and an iced coffee. The manager spent the entire time I was in the store arguing and cackling with the other employees. Restroom was locked, had to ask multiple times for a key and was eventually told no, “you can wait”. SEVERAL of us asked for refunds and were told “No, be more patient”. There was a single sign with a 1-800 number to call. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND STRESS AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Twice in a row now, last time I was there they took over an hour to take anyone’s orders despite repeated assurances they’d get to us. I go there this time and they say no in person orders until door dash clears up. The kiosks were broken both times. Whoever manages this place needs to have a talk with their staff and help them get organized and prepared for all the incoming orders.

Drove down from Atlanta to FAMU and stopped here to get the kids breakfast. The store was filthy. Trash all over the floor and sticky spills. After an almost thr drive, the kids needed the restroom. No employees were visible in the store. After several minutes, what appeared to be a manager came to the front and simply asked “did you need something?” We asked if we could order, he flippantly replied “you can order on the kiosk!” When we asked if the restroom could be opened be said it was out of service and walked away. A few seconds later another gentleman came up front and asked if we’d like to order. No, but thank you! Makes zero sense for customer service to be this poor, especially at 7am. I sure hope that guy has a better day!

My friends and I placed mobile orders for the drive thru but then were told we had too many orders in one car and had to come inside. When we came in, they treated us like we were stupid and had to go back to the drive thru, even though we were just told to come inside. We asked several times for our food and never received it, so we canceled our orders. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Do NOT go here! The staff was rude and dismissive of me, and they wasted my time.
I came in around 12:30 PM to pick up a Curbside Mobile Order order of a large 6 piece chicken nugget meal and QPC. When the manager came up to my car to deliver my food, she said that there was no Gold Sauce left and walked away. When I asked if she could get me barbecue sauce instead, she told me to go back inside for it.
When I came into the lobby, I asked one of the employees if I can get a BBQ sauce. He replied, “I don’t know nothing about nothing,” and completely ignored me. I had to wait for the manager, the same one who told me to go inside, to give me a BBQ sauce.
I understand that things run out of stock. That’s not my issue. My issue is that the staff there are rude, disrespectful, and dismissive.
