Absolutely horrible. Ordered on mobile app. Would not let us check-in. Moved to a stall by mobile pickup, black screen, did not work. Moved to stall 28. Waited 15 min, no answer. Moved to stall 29. Someone comes on, it will be 10 minute, gone. Try again. I tell them my mobile order name, brings it right out. COLD. I ask for warm food. She tells me they cannot because we ordered on app. I tell her I have been trying to get checked in for 30 minutes now and no one is answering speaker, nothing I can do to change that. She still resist. She goes in, comes back, we cannot remake. I asked for manager. She says, that’s who told me no. I said the whole experience has been horrible. She responded, do you still want the food. I responded, I would like warm food. She left for what I though was a mgr. Comes back hands me the food and mumbles, this is the hottest you’re going to get it today. I asked, excuse me. She said, I said this is straight out of the oven, this is as hot as you’re going to get this. The food was barely warm. Coke zero was either watered down, not enough syrup mixture. All around horrible experience with rude carhop and a mgr that refused to speak with us.

I went to the Sonic about 7:30 PM on a Wednesday night. There was only one other car there at the time. I ordered two corn dogs and they came out almost immediately. I never make reviews but I am so disgusted by the general manager in every interaction I’ve had with her. Normally if I have a bad experience I move on and go to a different location but this woman does NOT deserve to run a restaurant and I’m horrified for her employees. (Maybe that’s why they’re always hiring ) Genuinely has the worst management I’ve ever seen. The gm overworks her workers, is rude, and does not try to comply/help out when there is an issue with food or service. One of the managers (which I heard was her daughter) is 15 years old. Food is fine but the customer service has driven me away for the last time. As long as she is supervisor I will not stop telling people to not go there.

Two times in a row, the food has been horrible. This place just needs to give up and shut down already. I would give 0 stars if possible. Got a clump of almost burned fries. My teenage son wouldn’t even eat his mozzarella sticks because they tasted like, “chemicals” (his words). The oil was probably old because the fries and sticks had an old oil smell. Today, my husband picked up an order. I ordered a coney. Barely any cheese at all (the saddest sprinkling of cheese ever) and the hot dog was cold. I honestly don’t understand the poor standards at that location. I won’t go back.

Wish i could give this particular location NO stars. The hop had to come out to write down our order(all american dog) sent out a bun and cold weenie. Sent it back 20 min later brought out a chili cheese dog. She then informed me if she takes it back in to add the all american it was gonna cost me extra! 1st of all i didnt want chili or cheese i just wanted all american and right the 1st time. Not 40 min later. During which time the owner walked past our vehicle got in hers and drove off. I asked her name and was told they cant give out that info. Needless to say i will NEVER go back to that location and i will tell everyone i know how awful that place ALWAYS IS.

The timeliness and service here is ten million times better than their facilities in Dardanelle and on 4th Street in Russellville. How can you go to Sonic and they not have ice cream? That’s like going to Starbucks and they tell you they don’t have coffee! I digress! The carhop was awesome here and I didn’t get her name.
