I have been eating at this Jason’s Deli (Ashford-Dunwoody) location every day for about 2 years and, each time, I have a great experience. Everyone is super-friendly, welcoming and accommodating and make me feel like a valued customer. They have a wide variety of food items, so there is something for everyone. It’s a perfect spot for lunch, dinner, anything from a casual meal to an office lunch or even a date. I have never had anything less than an excellent experience there and totally recommended this location.

Jason’s Deli never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made just the way you want it. I love the wide variety of options—from sandwiches and soups to the salad bar—so there’s something for everyone. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. Service is quick, even during busy times. Definitely a reliable spot for a great meal!

Jason’s Deli in Atlanta is always a solid choice. The food is consistently fresh, portions are generous, and the salad bar is one of the best around, clean, well-stocked, and full of options. Sandwiches are made just right, and everything tastes like quality ingredients were used. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy times, which makes the experience that much better. Great spot for a quick lunch or a casual meal when you want something reliable and satisfying. Definitely recommend!

I love this place! It is the absolute very best Jasons Deli I have ever been to! The staff is so friendly and helpful, they always make me feel like I’m coming home when I eat here. And because of that, I am here every week! Ari, Jasmin, Lulu, Markel — Everybody is just great. They work together very well and always put off a positive vibe. That is nice to see when you come in from your hectic day. The food comes out quick and is always delicious – I appreciate the healthy nature of it.

It is always clean and there is always someone at the salad bar, refreshing the food and keeping it clean.

And of course, my little cup of ice cream at the end is my favorite treat. :). Thank you Jason’s team – job well done! …see you soon!

Rude and unprofessional managers at this location. A catering order was placed online for a company meeting. After realizing the order was incomplete, I called the location back. I waited on hold for about 8 minutes before anyone picked up the phone. A woman claiming to be a manager answered and after I explained the issue she immediately hung up. I called back again and spoke to a different “manager”, and I again explained the information. I explained that I called before placing the order to confirm everything was correct as far as what would be included. Afterwards she told me I was wrong and gave a very condescending apology and her resolution was to place another order and next time “talk to someone more experienced with catering orders.” Will NOT be going back to this location for anymore catering or service in general. The pasta was mediocre at best. Salad was good and brownie was good. However, the price of the food is too high for the amount you get and the professionalism is extremely lacking.

I went to this location very late before closing and the salad bar was extremely well stocked and exceptionally clean.
I try to go to as many different Jason’s deli as I can and this is one of the cleanest and well maintained that I have been in. Karnisha was the employee who was responsible for the spotlessly clean salad bar. Brittany was the manager on duty who made sure I was well taken care of, even though I arrived just before closing.
Outstanding experience!!
Thank you!!!

It’s hard to go wrong when you go to a Jason’s Deli. The people are pleasant and there is a good variety of food choices. We were a group of 13 and had to find a place with a variety of foods where we could be served and eat swiftly, as we were on a timeline. Jason’s deli was perfect. And a police officer of ice cream is definitely a plus!

It was my first time trying Jason’s Deli and my experience was great. I was warmly greeted by 4 different people at the front door. They carefully took my order and made a little joke about making one of everything for me since it was my first time. The restaurant was clean and I felt like I was having lunch at a friend’s house .

Dear, Britknee, Brittnee, Brittney, Brittany, Brittaney, Brittnei or however you spell your name. Your attitude was just as disgusting as the piece of hair I found in my soup that I purchased from the Jason’s Deli that you work at as a Cashier. Although you identified yourself as “One of the managers” I will not believe that Jason’s Deli hired you on as a Manager with the level of NASTINESS you delivered while addressing a customer’s issue.
I was impressed that you appeared to be bilingual as you spoke to the staff preparing the food. Yet, when it comes to being a professional it’s safe to say that’s where the buck stops.
To the General Manager, Area Manager, Store Manager ANYONE this combative woman reports to. Please note that on Oct 30th, 2025 @ 6:41pm I came to the Dunwoody location to grab dinner. The Cashier (Britknee, Brittnee, Brittney, Brittany, Brittnei) took my order and the encounter was pleasant. I ordered a tomato soup, a grilled chz with bacon. Total 10.99. I get my ice cream while I wait. All is well. It’s Atlanta. The ride is long and I get home, unwind, take my shower, wrap hair and finally decide to have my meal around 8:45 ish.
I begin to eat my soup and notice a long piece of hair in the soup I’m disgusted and call Jason’s Deli immediately. I asked for a Manager and not realizing it’s the Cashier I tell her what occurred. No apology. She asks in an annoyed manner, “So you want a refund for the whole thing.”
Me: Yes.
She placed me on hold and returns to tell me she gave me the refund. This is where Ms. Nasty attitude came out. I asked if she would like for me to send her a picture just to support what occurred.
Her: No I don’t have a way to send you a picture of the receipt.
Clearly she didn’t understand what I said because she wasn’t actively listening. I said I didn’t say that. And I repeated what I said along with “So you can share with your staff as a corrective measure?” She informed me they were already reprimanded.
And I say “This isn’t good.”
She flies off the handle. “What’s not good? I gave you a refund and spoke to the staff.”
Me saying “This isn’t good” was me expressing her lack of care and whatever mindset across the board. She was unapologetic and disgustingly rude. With that mindset and energy she deserves to be working at a graveyard where the dead don’t mind how she moseys into work.
I will be contacting corporate because I am a longtime supporter of Jason’s Deli and I don’t appreciate the type of service I received from finding hair in my food to dealing with a nasty attitude. Oh and to make matters worse. She hung up on me while I was asking for the name of the Store Manager. SMH… I had to CALL back and recorded the call. So you all can hear just how the Cashier behaved. Imagine if you were a business owner, would you hire someone like yourself to engage with your customers? The level of service you provided was absolutely horrible. I was the one who found hair in my food NOT YOU. I don’t care if you said sorry in Spanish. Since you mentioned “I said sorry” it means nothing when it’s robotic and not authentic. Save your pathetic sorry and I will be contacting Jas in the morning. I do not take disrespect lightly. Especially when I was respectful.
Disgusting. Disgusting. Disgusting.

Love this place! The staff are super friendly, the food comes out fast, and the place is kept very clean. It’s a regular stop for me and my daughter and we’ve always had a great time. The ice cream machine is always working too!
