Stopped by Raising Cane’s in Cincinnati and left with happy taste buds and full smiles. The crinkle cut fries were spot-on—crispy, golden, and seasoned just right. My wife gave two thumbs up to her chicken fingers and Texas toast, which were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly satisfying. Fast service, clean space, and that signature Cane’s sauce sealed the deal. Great spot for a quick bite that hits the comfort food sweet spot!

It’s absolutely delicious, always fresh and my order is always right. I always get the sauce that I paid for and service is fast for as busy as they get. Customer service is fairly good too! I always try to stop in when I have time.

The food and sweet tea is delicious as always and the service was stellar today. However, food prices have increased by a lot from what they were a few years ago, and the size of the chicken fingers are so small now. Two chicken fingers today was the size of one when this place first opened. It’s unfair to continue to rip people off like that.

Was a Great visit. Food was fast, crew was diligent in getting our order done quickly. The manager came to our table and asked if everything was ok, offered to take our garbage ️ for us. (We declined) But they asked us. Very clean and good food.

The cold slaw was gross, if you can’t make good cold slaw take it off the menu. I don’t think Cane’s people ever tried it. You should try your own product, not good. The woman that took my order was very sweet & friendly , I will be coming back because of that & your chicken & bread are great .

I’ve eaten at dozens of Raising Cane’s locations across the country and while they are consistent and have quality food, this location stood out head and shoulders above the rest.
Upon arrival, the entire property was spotless. The parking lot, walkways, restrooms, dining room, everything. My order was taken quickly and with a smile and before I could even find a table and sit down, it was ready! Chicken tenders and fries were piping hot, the sweet tea delicious as always.
What took it to another notch was that the staff remembered my name from my order and referred to me by name when offering to refill my tea and bid me goodbye. Nice touch!

I’ve had multiple great experiences here with fast, delicious food. I was very impressed with the wonderful work ethics of the hostess today, Donna. The staff maintained an incredible cleanliness for the building and were hospitable and kind. Great work!

Order was wrong. Not the right size drink. No coleslaw. Food shoved side ways in the bag. Teenagers act like kids rather than young adults laughing at me while I ordered my food. Totally unacceptable behavior. Sad that I will have to drive to nicer area to receive better service but not surprised. I’m sure I’m not the only customers they lost with that boy on drive thru

Did not have a good experience here. My husband was traveling for work and came this location. My husband felt the cashier was not trying to accommodate his needs due to his ethnicity. She didn’t get him canes sauce when he asked stating “ you have to ask for that when you order” which is not true . Also he asked is he could make his order crispy , she stated “ no it’s too late” even thought he had just order the item. Now moving forward we will not be supporting this establishment nor the food chain as an entirety. Always treat people kindly and with respect, you never know who you’re talking to

I ordered over $50 worth of food and when it was delivered I had ONE 3pc with fries. The receipt wasn’t mine either it had someone else’s last digit of card info on the receipt which was not mine because I had my receipt. And doordash would not refund and the store wouldn’t either. So I guess im just out the $? That’s very hurtful to someone with 3 kids who doesn’t get to eat out often. It was very disappointing to me and my children.
