while BWWs is known for their wings, i definitely recommend trying their wraps or salads for a change— they’re LARGE servings. crispy buffalo chicken salad was delicious, but i do advise getting no bleu cheese crumbles as they’re not everyone’s cup of tea! this location is also super pristine and clean.

I came here yesterday with one of my girlfriends and her daughter. I was so pleased with my meal. Reasonable time to wait for the food. The only thing we were missing for minutes were silverware and napkins, so we had to wait before we enjoyed out dinner. But overall, servers were amazing and the place it’s self is well kept! BRAVO TO ALL!!

My wife and I came in for nachos and wraps. Bryanna was our server and she was exceptional. Very polite and attentive. She had a wonderful personality and you could tell she took pride in her work. The place is always welcoming and fun. This branch of Buffalo Wild Wings has several amazing servers; tonight we were happy to have Bryanna. Hope the management sees this and lets her know. Your staff is always friendly whether you’re entering or exiting.

What a debacle last night, Super Bowl Sunday. The biggest wing night of them all and the Wappingers Falls restaurant failed miserably. My apologies to the girls and guys who worked the counters, your management failed you. No plan to fill orders especially people who placed orders 3 hours in advance, giving you plenty of time to schedule filling said order, and then make me wait an hour and a half.
You failed the entire area, it wasn’t just me, you had hundreds of people loitering around your store inside and out, in cars, vehicles all over the parking lot. Zero preparation, zero care for me as a customer, no attempt to fill my order promptly, you’ve lost me as a customer. Do not bother going here, they don’t value your business. They don’t care about you. Apologies to staff who had to deal with the throngs of people your management had “No idea that it was going to be so busy.” That’s incompetence.

Dropped the ball at superbowl. Couldn’t get no orders on time. Had to cancel the food. Ya know superbowl is big night for you guys and weren’t prepared. People at the restaurant were waiting for more than 2hrs for pick up. Only reason get a 3 is because I’ve been there in past and no issues.

Food was amazing. I ordered the Sampler, which comes with Super creamy wings, very soft crunch onion rings, loaded nachos, and a couple sauces. Devoured that.
Working at different restaurants, corporate or not, I can say that the efficiency of the service could be improved. The pace of the workers seemed to be more relaxed. And the pace at which I received the drinks and the silverware could also be improved.

As with most of the wild wings, the bone in wings were well seasoned and very good. The service was excellent. The only draw back is the entry doors are near the seating and a cold breeze would blow through the dining area when the doors opened. Otherwise as good or better than most BWW.
