10/25 – They restrict comments on their FB Page so I’ll post here. Food & service horrible. LONG wait in the drive thru due to employee error(s). Ordered two meals and only got one Monopoly game piece in the whole order. Very disappointed with this visit.

I ordered through the mobile app for curbside, the app told me no curbside number was chosen, and to either go inside or through the drive-through. I proceeded to the drive-through where I was told by the manager that she was canceling my order because the McFlurry was not available. I proceeded to go inside and ask to speak with her. Asking why I couldnt have the food portion of my meal. She could not give me an answer other than that I would be refunded after a day since my order was not technically picked up. I asked her, so I dont get to get food? And she told me I would have to re-order if I wanted food. I went to another McDonalds after this and they said there was more that she could have done. She offered no remedy and I am so disappointed in this store.

The Kios to self order don’t work and when they do no recite for your order so you don’t know your order number also not kid friendly the computer game for them are out of order for months tables dirty
I think the Manager needs to be replaced if he can’t handle the Basics. Floors are very slippery.

Worst experience from a McDonalds ever. We ordered a sausage egg McMuffin (muffin and sausage way overcooked, whole thing was cold) and a sausage McGriddle (tasted bad and egg undercooked). Couldn’t even eat them.

First off the Mc Rib is back and if you have not stop here to get it, there is something wrong. They even have a vaule menu where you buy one and add one for $1. Don’t forget the basket of fries.

Ok it’s Mickey D’s but it’s a really throw back to times when you took the family and never had to think of some fool causing problems. Sad but OUR McDonald’s is safe and when you leave the folks tell you bye like you are a big deal…if you go eat there the owner will most likely be found sweeping, or cleaning the bathroom. Can’t say it enough – best in Texas at least! See ya there…a lot!

Having a 2 lane drive thru helps with how busy this McDonald’s gets. They are pretty quick but hard at times to grab an employees attention for the counter whenever you wanna pay at the counter. Also they lock their restrooms and post an eating time limit for some reason. I don’t really know if they enforce it tho.
