Casual Japanese restaurant with a colorful dining room serving sushi, sashimi & fried rice dishes.

Great food, good service. Comfortable atmosphere and the staff is very friendly and likes to joke around with you if you start the conversation. We ordered 8 rolls total, one that is not pictured but the rolls came out fairly quickly and were delicious, no complaints about the food, service or quality.

I’ve been here before and loved it! I came back by myself tonight to enjoy a drink and sushi. Got my drink pretty quickly. Ordered shrimp shumai well before I turned in my sushi order, it never came out. I mentioned it to the server twice and it still never came so I started eating the sushi. My spicy tuna roll was not spicy and was clearly not mixed with spicy mayo just by looking at it. I mentioned this to the server and just asked for a side of sauce. She started arguing with me saying it was already spicy and she will charge me for extra sauce. So awkward in the middle of a busy restaurant when you’re alone. I lost my appetite and just asked for my appetizer to go since it still wasn’t out and for boxes for my 4 rolls of sushi. She walked away rolling her eyes, brought me boxes and a check and cancelled my appetizer.
The sushi, service and atmosphere was good last time I came with company, which is why I felt comfortable coming here alone to relax on a Monday night. I’m trying to hold back tears right now finishing my beer I don’t even want anymore.

Always a satisfying experience. It’s all good, whether you go sushi, soup or whatever… you won’t be disappointed.

The best place for sushi in Tucson! The staff is always lovely, and it’s consistently packed with people. Although they no longer offer happy hour (pre-2020), the prices remain reasonable for the quality of sushi. They recently remodeled and gave the place a cleaner look, which I really appreciate—a fresh coat of white paint has made it feel much more lively. Despite the changes, the sushi remains a solid 10/10, making this my all-time favorite sushi spot in Tucson.

Everything was excellent. The food was delicious, the service was perfect and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Only complaint is the atmosphere. There were plenty white walls that could have used some awesome decorations which is my only complaint. Definitely will come back!

Great place for sushi. No other place in town where you can get that quality for that price. We love the wait staff! Each time we visit they are so wonderful!

Overall we enjoyed the meal. The chicken Katsu sauce was a little sweet and they put too much on it so it got soggy. My husband enjoyed the sushi. The staff was very kind.

Very fresh sushi here. The sashimi salmon, tuna, and yellowtail are my go to. Sushi chefs are fast, precise, and serve excellent portions with great presentation. Exquisite freshness screams out from every bite. Absolutely my regular spot now for a quick sashimi craving fix. Lots of great options on the menu, too.

Best dragon roll I’ve ever had! They also sell my favorite Japanese sodas and play good music. Complimentary miso soup in cute little bowls. Staff is kind. Prices are good, too!
