This review is for the two (2) employees on Sun. 23rd, 2023 in the afternoon. They were so polite, and helpful, I really wanted to mention it.
One young woman had a shirt saying “Customer Service” she and her coworker (shorter, with braids) again, were so pleasant.
I hope management gives them the proper recognition.
It is so rare these days to experience such niceness.

Not a fan of McDonald’s this locations been here long time been through many changes here once again service is slow food was kind of cold people helping me very friendly a nice but it is fast food I don’t want mine freaky fast but I do like it to be kind of fast and warm. And I don’t mind waiting as long as my food is hot and fresh hope you all improve

McDonald’s ALWAYS messes up our son’s order. He gets a cheeseburger with pickle only and they somehow aren’t competent enough to read tickets and they put ketchup on it every time. Our nuggets are disgusting as well .

Sandra was absolutely amazing and is what made the experience for us! We were greeted with a hearty “good morning!” and cherry smile. There was sunshine in her voice! Seriously she was the bright spot at this McDonald’s. During our 1 hour coffee date, she never stood still and was working diligently, serving happily, and/or going above and beyond. Best McDonald’s customer service I’ve ever had.

Every time I order from this location, there is at least one thing wrong with the order. Tonight my wife picked up food and had to wait for “fresh chicken tenders”. Big surprise, the chicken tenders had been dropped into the fryer for what I’m guessing was the second time tonight. They were on the verge of burnt. They forgot the sauce which could have made them at least palatable. They also didn’t make my wife’s sandwich correctly! You think we would learn our lesson. WARNING to all who visit this location. Your first messed up order WILL NOT be your last. Avoid at all cost the incompetence of this location.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever ordered from in my life and worst part is that its the one right next to my house..10 plus times me and my girlfriend have got food from here when we worked late at work and we have seen beyond messed up food one time she ordered a bigmac and its was all together and on one side then it was just the bottom bun and middle bun touching. But tonight was even worse we went through the drive through and when we got home to eat it there fries were cold. And she opened her mcdouble and there is what seems to be marker on the bottom of her bun and then its on one of my McDonald’s and they forgot a mcchicken and our sauce for the nuggets. Needless to say I’m calling corporate tomorrow because management there needs to change.

He told me he’s not giving me my money back for the price difference because they had to remake the order. Never in MY LIFE have I heard that before! It was around noon when my bisexual friend (Hebert) and another man whom I have come to know as Caleb Crawdad and myself all arrived at McDonalds. We had the intention of having a decent lunch with the new renovations made to the interior of the building, The only thing that really worried me was the return of the Mcrib. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of a Mcrib binge, And I knew we’d get into that rotten stuff pretty soon.. I am still vaguely haunted by the McDonalds slogan remark about how the Mcrib was back and “better than ever” but because my journalistic integrity remains intact I am writing my experience just as it was: I took one bite and I knew the rest was a rollercoaster of a meal to finish, my legs immediately felt rubbery, my speech began to slur and felt out of control for a moment. I kept telling myself: Be quiet, be calm, say nothing… otherwise the others might suspect something, ignore this terrible sandwich, pretend it’s not happening… There is no way to fully explain the terror I felt when I finally finished the whole thing as the fear began to take hold and crawl up my spine as the horrors that I knew would come soon washed over me, total loss of all basic motor skills: blurred vision, no balance, numb tongue –
