I’ve read all the mixed reviews about this restaurant at this location. Saying that the service could be slow and the food can be cold.But I wanted to make my own opinion. I’ve tried them.. My experience was great, the service was excellent and my food wasn’t cold…. The service was great and my food wasn’t cold… And they were “Spicy” the way I like them, to the point where you know, when your nose runs a little… If I continue to get this kind of service and excellent wings… I will be back… Thank You Wild Wings Station in Douglasville on 6790 Chapel Hill Road !!!

We don’t watch football. The one night we show up there is a game on, so it was a little busy. We asked to sit at an open table at the bar but was told they closed the area off. OK. We waited 25-30 mins to get sat at the same table that was open when we arrived. Drink order went well but the food order did not go well.
Me and my wife’s food came out timely. No silverware was given. My friend’s food came out 20 mins later. We had to go get more silverware. The food runner didn’t do anything other than put the food on the table. They definitely should have been staffed better on CFB/NFL nights. After the manager brought us the check, it still took 20 mins before we saw the receipt.

Went there because we were craving a good burger, wings and onion rings. We waited for 20 minutes and 10 minutes after we were sitting down another 4 person family got sat down. We waited for a total of over 30 minutes and the family got served before we did and we ended up leaving. The host was nice and felt bad after we got up and was shocked that no one served us after sitting there for 30 minutes.

I ordered from buffalo wild wings website for delivery. A doordash driver came to drop the order off (if I would have known it was doordash delivering i never would have ordered from here). They gave me the wrong bag at first. it was from zaxby’s. I had to run outside to change it out. I get inside, I open my bag. I ordered a 20 wing deal. I get 15 wings, so I call Buffalo wild wings. A man manager gets on the phone and tells me that if I come in, he will give me 6 more wings. I told him I don’t have a car at the moment. It’s not here and that I had it delivered. Then, he tells me, that I need to call DoorDash to get a refund. I told him that I didnt order through doordash, that I used the Buffalo wild wings website. I have a receipt from Buffalo wild wings not doordash and then he hung up in my face. Just wanted to let people know the type of people who are running this place. So disappointed. Smh

My boyfriend and I came here to eat around 4 PM and seated ourselves since it was open seating at that time. As soon as we walked in, we noticed two other couples having to go up to the to-go desk just to pay because their waiter had completely disappeared. A waitress noticed us and said she would get another waiter for us.
Keep in mind, the restaurant was not busy at all. We waited 30 minutes and no one ever came to our table. We weren’t even given the chance to order drinks. Because of this, we ended up walking out.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. This establishment needs to hire better, more attentive staff. Extremely disappointed.

I’ve been coming to this B dubs since 2017. There’s always great service. I come in the day time to avoid the busier evenings. Depending on the bartender the drinks can be a hit or miss. Food is always fresh! I always get my spicy garlic traditional wings!

Very mid experience. Food was decent. They need a lot of help. They had the bartender also working as a server and literally saw no other server so anything else. I don’t blame her but that’s not efficient. I didn’t particularly enjoy anything about the service the food or the atmosphere. Except the football games.

We arrived a little after twelve on a Sunday afternoon. Not very many people yet. Our waitress was super nice. The food was great. Best chicken tenders I have had in a long time. Tender, juicy chicken lightly breaded with an excellent crunch. The mango habanero sauce was sweet and very spicy. Wings were crispy and seasoned just right. Yummy!

I mean, it’s a sports bar. There is bar food, TVs all over with games playing. I will say this: The burgers are so juicy and delicious to me. No one likes a dry burger…I don’t think. The bacon is thick and crisp. YUM! I went 3 times in 10 days just for the burger. Oh, I love the shoestring fries as well. The service was great, it just took a while for the food to come out and none of the Happy Hour drinks were available. Then other beer on tap was not available either so that was a bit disappointing. Oh, they have Happy Hour M-F 3pm-6pm. Place is clean and bathroom is clean and people are nice. Wheelchair ♿ accessible, kid-friendly and parking was not a problem.
