Location looked great.
Service sucks We even debated just getting up to leave.
Drinks were okay but by the time they arrived we were already annoyed.
We ordered everything all at once to avoid food delays.
Food took forever. And then no one came to table. The place wasn’t even that busy. And when we asked for our check another eternity. Then for her to come back and pick up the check was forever.
Probly won’t ever go back to this place again.

So happy with our service! My boyfriend and I came in for the UM Game and this place was packed! The volume for the game was perfect and the overall vibe was perfect. I noticed all the servers were hustling and running around cause it was so full and it was nice to see how fast they were working to make sure all their tables were happy. Our server Pam was remarkable! she was so sweet and accommodating, our table never had dirty dishes which is one of my pet peeves at restaurants, no one wants to look at their empty plate all night and we did not have that issue. Their happy hour menu has a lot of options! Definitely try the Mac and cheese bites. I was super impressed with Pam’s service considering how busy it was, this girl went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good time. Also shout out to the bar tenders, they were super busy too and didn’t take longer than 2 minutes to pour our beers and Pam had them at our table the second they were placed at the bar window. The food runner was also super nice and made sure to not slam our plates down and walk away after drop off, she helped us move things around at the table to make sure everything fit cause we were sitting at a smaller high top and had no problem grabbing us ketchup since Pam was grabbing our second round at the bar. Overall I had such a wonderful experience! If you decided to go ask for Pam and make sure you get some lemon pepper wings they were so good!! Great Job world of beer, the whole staff was impressive 🙂 thank you guys

I recently visited WOB during my work travel. My coworkers recommended it to me on my first day. I must say, the service and food were amazing! I had one of their bowls, and the combination of flavors was fantastic. The waitress was friendly and attentive throughout my meal.
On my second day, two other coworkers joined me. Despite the friendly waitress, the food wasn’t as good as we had hoped. We ordered the Mac and cheese balls as appetizers, but the presentation was mediocre. The favor lacked seasoning, which is something BJ’s restaurants are known for. We also ordered tuna nachos, and the tuna was overcooked in my opinion.
To make matters worse, it took an hour to bring out our entrees, which we had to take to go. We also noticed that the table that arrived after us got their food before one of our coworkers even got up to find our waitress. It was a frustrating experience overall.

We waited about 40 minutes for our food.
Every side Dish seem to be an extra charged of two dollars. The birria quesadilla was as flavorless as it comes, the steak stripes were dried and flavorless and too damn expensive. Moreover, the service was terrible. We had to request other servers to assist in bringing us drinks and foods, because our waiter was taking too long. & to finish this off, at the very end when signing the receipt the wising came back and asked how our food and our experience was. My husband was very candid and explain that the food was alright but the service could have been better. The waiter (Kimber) walked off before my husband finished speaking, while rolling his eyes.

The Brisket burger and broccoli was simple wonderful. The texture and taste was something that set this place apart from other burger restaurants. Great experience!

The server, Isa, was fantastic. Very attentive and awesome disposition. Food is ok. Pub food. Our loaded taters were cold. The atmosphere is good. You can come here have a beer or come with the family. The part that I like the least is their prices. Since they open, prices have been going up. For this visit, we order 2 drinks, 2 beers, one appetizer and 2 entrees. Total = $71.05 w/o tip.
Also, their kitchen is always slow. The whole restaurant feels like they are understaffed. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry.

I haven’t been to this location in over a year due to the terrible experience I had previously..but when I say this place has completely turned around, trust me. First off, our server Pamela was at the table not even a minute after we were seated. The host was very honest about it being busy but regardless she was at the table quick with napkins and silverware and suggestions for food and drinks since the menu has changed quite a bit. Her knowledge on the beer was incredible and suggested we build our own flights with 4 new beers to try and I loved all of them but the Secret Lama imperial hazy took the cake. The food did take awhile but it was worth the wait and to be fair they were slammed so I understand but man that burger was delicious, cooked to perfect temperature and my fries were fresh and hot! Pam suggested to try the happy hour nachos with chicken to start off and we were not disappointed, the amount that we got for the price was a steal! We had the cookie skillet for dessert and it was phenomenal and hit the spot, they give you a nice portion of ice cream to go with it. You could tell the food was made with love but my favorite part of our experience was definitely the service, she really knows what she’s doing, it’s like she could sense we were gonna ask for something and she was there and with a positive attitude. Give that girl a raise because you can tell she loves her job. Glad I gave this place another chance, thanks Pam!

Have been here plenty of times before and have always had a great experience. Last night deserved a rare review from me. When there for the national championship game expecting it to be packed, which it was, and that service would be slower than usual, which it really wasn’t. The staff did a great job taking care of me and those around me too, even with so much going on. Emily was great behind the bar, as usual. One of the most knowledgeable and attentive bartenders I’ve ever been served by. Will absolutely go back for every big game!

My husband and I came for an afternoon date it was our first time and the service was exceptional! Our waiter Carlos went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. The drinks were great!
