This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. You have to order at the kiosk and grab a number to put on your table. The number sign says “Please place on your table and we’ll bring your food to you” but the workers are too lazy to bring it out. Instead, they yell your number for you to come pick it up at the counter.
The food quality was awful as well. I know you can’t expect much from McDonald’s but this was just terrible.

Is this really extra gravy? I paid for extra gravy and the biscuits aren’t even covered like it is when you get regular gravy. I don’t understand paying more for less. Biscuits are hard I know a lot of places use day old biscuits for gravy. But this is ridiculous.

I’ve came to this McDonald’s in the past no issue. But last night was a different problem, I am not blaming them for it cause my little girl hitting her head was her own fault as well as my own, but your table should not be sharp enough to leave a gash in my child’s head, which by the grace of God did not require a trip to the ER. But your staff which I asked three times to get the first aid kit Cleaned up and taken care of, Wanted to start speaking to each other in Spanish, pointing at me, laughing at me and making fun of me. I have took it to your customer service line, and I have been given a case number, I tried to even call the store and no one picks up the phone. And just to clarify, this gash did make her bleed, I did not get no names because no one was wearing a name tag but only one person helped me out after having to ask three times, He even offered to help me clean my daughter’s wound Because of how much I was shaking. And all of this took place between 8 PM And 9 PM.

Ordered at 514 on mobile app. Arrived at 520pm and had to wait ten minutes for food. They pull everyone in line so it looks like they are meeting goals. Instead they are just cheating and 25 mins to make 4 happy meals is sad lol. My 2 yr old can do better! Zero stars every time. Will not return.

Siler City McDonald’s was a great experience. On a trip using hwy 64 and decided to stop here for a coke. The drive thru was fast and friendly. The service was great and I gotta say that McDonald’s cokes are the best. Come by here and get a refreshing Coke along with friendly service.

Bad place. Customer service is the worst. Can never handle anything right. Hispanic lady on drive thrue made an “hay dios” like oh my god” comment because I told her to give me a sec as I was pulling the app for a code! If app wasn’t as slow as it it. Mind you it was probably like 15 secs in. & this is not my first encounter with bad customer services. I had it! Rather drive to ramsuer than coming to this place again!

I don’t do this ever but I have to give props where props are due…. I was coming back from a late night at a concert and decided to eat at McDonald’s. Boy was I pleasantly surprised from the moment we pulled up to order the service was on point. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food that I received was a double quarter pounder meal and wow was it fresh and delicious . It was easily the best burger I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s and easily the best burger I’ve had in years. So hot and juicy the fries are always top so like I said before my hats of to the extraordinary team they had on hand tonight….

Great window service at the paying window! However, if it wasn’t for my daughter always wanting a Happy meal I don’t think I’d ever go to this McDonald’s. I ordered two large fries and this is what they looked like! This is not the only time it has happened! I’m not sure if it’s low quality line workers or poor management instructing them to do so to save money, but business like this will lose you money in the long run, be aware! They also ripped me off $20 awhile back due to an error on my part of not checking the location when I ordered through the mobile app while I was in Raleigh and accidentally ordered it here. I tried and tried to call them to cancel when it happened and no one ever picked up the phone. I finally was able to stop by a few weeks later and the manager that came to talk to me at the window claimed that it would have not charged me until I picked up my food, which is WRONG!! I even tried to show him how I had a transaction in Raleigh at the same time and I could not have been in both places at once! EVERYTIME I order through the mobile app the amount comes out instantly!

It was a disaster. The young lady couldn’t understand English very well and seemed to be new. There were plenty of people in the back but no one would help her. People were complaining about the app not giving order numbers, no napkins, etc. All of that, I could overlook, but when I got my double cheeseburger and took a bite, the parchment paper was still on it. They never took it off, but threw the cheese on top of it. The hamburger was still rare. After I took the hamburger and paper to the front and asked for my money back, it took 10 minutes to get. No one ever offered, I had to ask.

Clean restaurant and friendly service! This location of McD’s has been newly renovated to have the new look all the McDonald’s restaurants are moving to. I like the atmosphere in this one because it has a cozy feel to it, including a couch in the corner at one table. The menu is standard McD’s fare, but the service is top notch, and the manager on duty that evening was definitely at his best. We ate here with BSA Scout Troop 11 on our way to our camping trip and there was more than enough room to accommodate us and all the other guests. The manager was even kind enough to correct a mistake one of our scouts made when he ordered his food. I will eat here again should I ever pass through Siler City again.
