Food was great and came out very quickly even though most tables were filled. I got the chiclen crispers with Nashville hot, which I felt wasn’t spicy but still tasty. Wait staff and hosts were very friendly and attentive. Due to being so busy it was a bit loud but you could still have conversation.

I ordered togo on the app was already glitching ordered off my friends phone my steak came nearly raw asked for well done by the way then called complained to a manager did absolutely nothing. didn’t offer anything nor a refund for me close to getting food poisoning. great service keep it up. would not recommend.

A bowl of tiny chips for the salsa says to me that they are just dumping the unused chips from previous tables back into a larger bowl to reuse and never hand out silverware with food on it. Staff was fast and friendly and food tasted good.

My partner and I came here on a Saturday evening however we came before the rush, my partner and I are both POC and Latina, please keep that in mind, we walked in and were greeted however we asked for a booth and were told to wait as they were cleaning one even though there was more than plenty available, so someone else sat us at one of those booths that was available, thank you to whoever that was. Fast forward, I had ordered the sprite and when I tasted it it tasted watered down(more like seltzer water) so I assumed the machine needed to be changed in which I told my server so that way she could go tell them, I asked for another one as I wanted to have sprite with my meal, she was pretty quick to bring it back which indicated to me that she didn’t try to get it changed and of course it tasted watered down again, I ended up settling for Diet Coke which tasted fine so again I was completely ignored in my request to check the sprite flavor machine to switch it out . Anyways, like I said in the beginning of my review my partner and I are POC/latina people, the manager had been coming around to tables filled with white people asking if they were okay or if they enjoyed their food, making an attempt to make sure everyone else was okay, the group that was at our table behind us came in after us and left before us which is completely fine as we were taking our time however the manager went out of her way to even ask if that table needed bags or to go plates , and then still proceeding to ignore our table and make communication with other tables , mind you we did not come at their busiest time of the night we came before the rush so it’s not like it was too busy, not necessarily saying we needed to be greeting but stopping by almost every table in our section and completely overlooking us was beyond me and felt very racist. Food is very good to bad it’s the workers in the establishment that ruin the experience.

Haven’t been to Chili’s in 15 or more years. I was pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. I was also surprised that the place was completely packed on a Saturday afternoon. Great food, great service, price reasonable.

Well,$375.00,definitely NOT be going back!! Food came out cold,,food is made ahead of time, how far ahead idk, but is microwaved to reheat n serve!! Steak, as we were told by waitress ‘is not made to your liking it’s all made the same’, well it was tough n very well done..the small shrimp i got for$25.was def not worth it, maybe someone was hungry! And the amount you get of rice4Tbl, salsa1Tbl, sour creme-1 super scoop, and the beans,well, for being a restaurant that serves alot of fajitas,they weren’t even refried, just out of the can/micro. Def bland food,like they frgt what seasonings are used for. And we could taste no tequilla in ny of our $10.$15.drinks. And we went in with high hopes!..sorry wrong.

Called days before to get a spot for Valentine’s Day, they said to call an hour before arrival to join the wait list. We did just that, after taking our name and information we were hung up on. But they had our name and information before the disconnect. We arrive and are told to join the wait list and it would be about a 20 minute wait. I understand waiting if you just walked in. But I called days a head of time, and did exactly as instructed to ensure we would be in when we arrived. Only to be hung up on and told to wait 20 more minutes after arrival in a long line of people who did not take the time to call a head of time. I guess next Valentine’s Day we will make a reservation somewhere with better managing skills so we can ensure we get what we ask for.

Stopped by for lunch & tried the lunch shrimp fajitas. It is a sizzling platter but mine came out super hot & still cooking so half of my rice & veggies were burnt & stuck to the platter. What wasn’t burnt was good & they have a decent size that filled me up. The waitress was very friendly.

The restaurant was clean and warm, which is nice when it’s cold out and the mozzarella bites tasted pretty good. That’s about where the positive experience ends. The chicken tenders were dry, stringy, and inedible. The macaroni noodles in the mac and cheese were still hard, I don’t know how you get undercooked and over cooked food on the same plate. I told the waitress I was paying with cash because I want my tip going in the server’s hands. After 15 minutes of walking past our table, bringing drinks/appetizers around us, and even taking orders, I took out my credit card and paid the bill itself and left.

Waitress only checked on our table once after ordering. Everyones drinks were empty for more than 20 minutes. Had to ask other passing by waitresses to get us refills, to-go boxes and take care of our other issues. Watched our waitress sit at the bar in front of us doing nothing for the majority of our time. None of the dirty dishes were taken off our table until after we payed. Normally my boyfriend and I have a great experience here, but this visit was extremely bad. Hoping our next visit won’t be this bad cause cause if it is, we will reconsider our favorite burger joint at that point.
