Ordered on the app! Was able to use my points and save money. Pulled up and put the curbside number into the app to let them know I was there. Literally within 5 minutes, the food was out to me – fresh and hot. This is rare for McDonald’s in STL and I absolutely loved it. Going to try this one again to see if it’s consistently good. Big hopes for this McDonald’s! Thanks!!!

I witnessed a manager allow a burger to be served that was visibly undercooked and still bloody. When the issue was brought up, the manager insisted that his cooking method was correct. The grill employee had been following proper cooking procedures to ensure food safety, but instead of addressing the concern, the manager removed him from the grill.

This raises serious concerns about food safety standards and management decisions at this location. Customers should not be served undercooked food, and employees should not be penalized for trying to follow proper procedures. I believe this situation deserves review to ensure food safety and accountability.

With a queue at the drive through, it was quicker to go inside this morning for breakfast. I ordered at the kiosk and paid there, getting a number. Service was quick with my order handed over within a few minutes by a friendly woman who called me “Honey.”

All of it correct – Egg McMuffin, hash brown and coffee. As requested, the coffee had two creamers and light ice which meant that I could drive it while driving and get my caffeine injection sooner. The muffin was assembled properly and hot. The hash browns were not quite hot and still a little chill in the center. They did put two napkins in the bag and I forgot to ask for ketchup.

Hey McDonalds…. the next time you want to increase your prices make sure the quality of food matches AND your employees get a break so they don’t take a bite out of a customer’s hamburger AND that the food is actually cooked AND the customer doesnt actually feel the stress of employees. It looks like you all just slap the food in a box and decided to have a taste test AND sorry to the poor lady that had leg issues that you all ignored and brought her to tears because she was in pain from standing and being told you will take her order when you’re NOT busy ….. shame on you! But don’t worry your customer ME was taken care of her by attempting to take her order on my phone using the mobile app so she wasn’t in pain anymore from standing and she could get the children with her food!

wrong sandwich, but the right customization. makes no sense. also, no coffee in my iced coffee? my order had 2 items and both were wrong? thank god i decided to NOT use my reward points today. wouldve been a big waste. old lady customer yelling hello repeatedly. she asked for a water cup a clearly go soda.

It amazes me how much worse this McDonalds location than the others. Even if I put my order in from the app at home – it’s still not ready or right when I get there. Always have a wait or an order wrong. I always think it will be better next time but it never is. I got the $5 McDouble meal and asked them to remove one Patty – it got no patty. They missed another item in the order but I caught it before driving off. I sat in drive thru for 20 minutes.

Always order ahead, never get fresh food.
This is based off months of ordering breakfast only. Unsure about lunch.
Hashbrowns are always cold between 6-7am. Barely lukewarm food as well. Service is great and fast. But the food is very subpar compared to other locations.

I’m not sure how I feel about the new “face lift”at my local McDonalds. I’ve driven past this location twice. I miss the Golden Arches! As a disabled veteran, I rely on my navigation system, signage and visual que’s to tool around my neighborhood and outlying areas…

I always use the mobile app and love the freebies. I also appreciate the throw back extra value meal pricing.

1/17/2026 at 12:00am. I forget how awful this store is and come to pick up a doordash order. The drive thru guy refuses to give it to me. I ask for the manager, she forces me to go inside the lobby. Once in the lobby, she makes me wait behind the 7 doordash employees waiting for orders. They state the order was completed 25 minutes before I received it and I personally watched the manager put the product in the bag prior to picking up the order. She was also extremely rude and made sure to give me a piece of her mind because I went through the drive thru line as it states in the directions given to the app. Pic included. Again, it’s MIDNIGHT! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, FIRE THEM ALL.
1/19/2026 the exact same issue happens. There are 6 cars in the drive thru, they now have all the doors locked and are refusing to give me the doordash order in the drive thru. I’ve already been waiting over 20 minutes. I could have thawed out hamburger, cooked it, made fries and the customers food, went home and came back, put a bow on it, deliver it to them and go to the next order by now. PLEASE FIRE THE ENTIRE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT STAFF

This was the only place open at 3:30am on a Saturday 11/2/25. There was a lady there doing everything. It was kind of funny, intercom, first window, making the order, second window and it was all her. I’m about to drive all the way back to Florida and needed something before I go. She didn’t have to be polite, smile and fast at 330 in the morning, but she was. Let me tell you that in Florida at 330 am, you would NOT be getting that type of service. Sometimes it’s the little things like that. Thank you!!! I really hope they know who I’m talking about.
