I ordered the teriyaki chicken stir fry with a salad. The salad was fresh but the chicken in the stir fry was very rubbery and had a odd taste but the stir fry itself was good. Most of the food was good the others in my party said. My daughter said her spaghetti had a very salty taste. Our waitress was fantastic and friendly. The prices are a bit higher than you’d expect.

Today 6/29/2025 around 6:15 pm We were at this place and the waitress ignored us from the very beginning. It took her a long time to bring the menu. Then, when she finally took our order, she came back and asked again what we had ordered?! After us, a customer with a beard came in, and she served him right away. Then an American couple arrived, and she served them quickly too. But we were still sitting there with no drinks or anything!
I’m writing this for non-white Americans: don’t go to this place! And I’m also writing to the owner: if you are against people of other races or nationalities, then just say that you only serve white Americans! 0 service!

Today I stopped in at the Petro here in Girard, OH.
I was on the road all day and wanting something to eat that was somewhat healthy. So I ordered fish, came with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The fish was very cheap. Explains why they give you two pieces. Some pieces of broccoli were recovered in another type of dish. I tried to explain to the waitress and her response was, that’s how they cook it. I didn’t wanna argue so I just left the two pieces of broccoli to the side and finished my meal.

This place has gone down. What good is a new menu if the mashed potatoes and green beans are lukewarm? I was warned away from the turkey dinner by the waitress, it’s just the same sliced turkey that they use for sandwiches. My hot honey chicken was fine, but I used to be able to get a homestyle meal there, but now the sides are reminiscent of a TV dinner.

I thought the food was average but not too overpriced and the portions were more than fair. Our server Cassandra was very nice and attentive. I’ll give 4 stars for the service, cleanliness and the atmosphere!
