Didn’t know this place was here in Orlando.. I had it in Puerto Rico and it was amazing. I was invited after church and let me tell you one of the best Puerto Rican spots here in Orlando. The stuffed chicken breast is to die for.. Highly recommend

Everything was amazing!!! The food was super delicious, fresh and good quantity for the price. The mofongo, gandules and chimichurri steak was awesome!!! Even better than the one I tried in another restaurant in Puerto Rico. If I would known before, I wouldn’t have gone too far for authentic mofonfo dish.

The restaurants decor and atmosphere were delightful! The service was spot on and the food was delicious. The portions were significant especially for the price point. Will definitely return!

Gregory was my waiter . So sweet and was knowledgeable about the menu . This place reminds me of childhood in Puerto Rico visiting family . The octopus salad was the best thing I’ve ever tasted . I’m visiting from up north but when I come back to Orlando I’m bringing my mom who’s from Puerto Rico here for the pulpo.

Nice atmosphere. Friendly and fast server. Food was great. We had the mini alcapurrias, monfongo with fried pork, and the skirt steak. Everything tasted great. Portions were fair. A little pricey, but expected in this area. They have a full bar as well. Will return to try other dishes and drinks.

I’ve been here twice and have not been disappointed. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and when I walk in here is like walking into a restaurant back home. Savory tasting food, great vibe, great drinks (especially the house sangria) and GOOD portions. To be fair before I forget we went a little late and it’s also a bar and hang out place. That being said the music was little loud but not unbearable just to the point where you have to speak louder and pay close attention to the other person to understand each other. Also at times the lyrics weren’t family friendly but most of the songs were. Prices are more than fair. There servers at least both of my experiences were EXCELLENT. Will definitely come back but hope they keep music selection at least PG-16.

The food was incredible — perfectly seasoned, fresh, and full of flavor. The mofongo was rich and savory, the arroz con gandules was cooked to perfection, and the pernil was tender and juicy with the perfect crispy edges. Every bite tasted homemade and made with love.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their food.
If you’re looking for authentic Puerto Rican cuisine that feels like home, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

Food overpriced and not good. The first burger was burnt the other was raw. Everything we ordered besides something the server recommended was actually 4/10 if not less of a rating.

If you want real Puerto Rican flavor without the tourist nonsense, this is the spot. La Vergüenza feels like a true chinchorro, loud, lively, and full of soul. The food tastes homemade, not rushed, not watered down, just straight-up comfort food that reminds you of the island.
Everything came out fresh and hot, portions were generous, and the flavors were on point. The drinks were strong, the music set the vibe, and the energy was exactly what you want when you’re trying to actually enjoy yourself instead of eating in silence.
Service was friendly and welcoming, like you’re family, not just another table. This place is perfect for hanging out, grabbing a few drinks, and eating food that actually tastes like Puerto Rico.
Definitely coming back. This is the kind of place you gatekeep but also secretly want everyone to know about.
