Great customer service, Jordan the manager on duty checked on our table several times as she did for all the tables. Caroline our waitress was awesome.

I had no idea that chili’s is actually underrated. Coworkers always talked about HH here and it is unbelievably good. Prices and the mixes, theyre supreme.
Also there’s so many screens and somehow it’s not overwhelming. Is it the lighting inside? The best place to watch sports. Officially a chili’s supporter.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this Chili’s deserves some recognition. The kitchen here is always on point! food comes out hot and consistent every time I visit. Manager that was there that night was so sweet and welcoming. Thank you for the great time with my family!

Had a great dinner here with the family and tried several different items including Nashville hot cheese bricks lol, they call them sticks
The burgers are juicy and seasoned well, the quesadillas are very cheesy and filled with meat.
My only complaint was the server didn’t attend their section well. We sat waiting for simple things like a refill, our check ECT, ect

I arrived at the restaurant and told the waitress that I would like to sit in a cozy place. I don’t like sitting at a table with wooden chairs. But she told me that there were no seats available, but there were some empty seats. I asked her again, but those empty seats. She told me that they were not available. So I left, because I had never experienced this before at Chill’s. I was disappointed with the service.

I had the buffalo chicken salad with the ranch dressing on the side and it was delicious. Dessert was extra good too.
My server was attentive and pleasant. She took my order and had it out in a short period of time. I was very impressed with her.
The place was busy yet the staff managed to keep the place clean. As soon as someone left the staff was quick to clean off the table for the next guest.
An over all good experience. Keep up the great work.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My party and I were seated and waited over 30 minutes before anyone even came to take our drink order. Our server not only ignored us, but even assisted a table that was seated after us.
When we finally did get her attention and asked about a few menu items, she responded with a hostile and rude attitude that made us feel extremely uncomfortable. At that point, we didn’t feel welcomed or valued as customers, so we chose to leave and take our business elsewhere.
This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had, and unfortunately I can’t recommend this location based on how we were treated.

This review is specifically for management. Specifically for the guy that always wears the cowboys jersey and the female well I wish I had names. But my only issue to be specific bc of the guy with jersey and the girl that completely dismissed me while trying to pick up my online order. I’m knocking waving my arms near curbside and they see me alright … but they were just too busy standing, laughing, flirting rinsing glasses doing nothing near the bar and kept telling the girl that seen me of course the guy kept nodding his head as if he were telling her to ignore me. She then came up to the window after 5mins and kept nodding her head at me while I was trying to show my phone with the order she just looked at me looked at the guy he nodded no again and she just walked away and started attending another customer that needed a refill then just left me there standing … didn’t even try to open the door or at least try to figure out what is it that I needed. That’s bad service right there. You just don’t ignore someone just bc it’s 15 mins after closing hours. If you know u been working there for years months if someone is knocking standing waving near the curbside pickup their there to pick up an order and if not then at least do your job and be professional & productive and at least walk up the customer and ensure everything is okay. I get they must have thought it’s closed and maybe I wanted to order but NO! So now this review is public so that you’re management ensures to provide better service for others in the future if not learn too!
