I’ve received the wrong burger multiple times from this location. I usually try to give a little grace when it comes to service work. But at ~$20 a meal it is unacceptable to get food I didn’t ask for.
Most of the time I’m asked to wait out front instead of at the window. I’m assuming it’s to cut down on drive through times. But it probably has had an effect on the accuracy of orders.

Not being able to order a Carl’s Jr cheeseburger any more, I ordered a one patty kids cheeseburger. It had no pickle, so much mustard that I could not finish even half of half of the burger. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and she received hers without cheese.
I am not sure when the quality started downhill but I do know that I will not go to this location again.

Spent $6 on a milkshake that wasn’t even full. It was runny too. The fries tasted like the oil was old and needed to be changed. It’s a shame because the last time I went here the food was good. I included photos of the milkshake. Really really disappointing.

Kaelee was attentive, greeted us as we approached the counter with a smile on her face. Patiently waited for us to decide what we wanted. We sat & waited, brought our order promptly to us. We ordered spicy chicken sandwiches, fried zucchini , jalapeño pops, & the diablo burger. The restaurant was clean. The food was on point still Hot & great with presentation, taste, quality & quantity. For a birthday treat boys got shakes. They were good. Deff our go to spot when we are in tri-cities for fast food.

The service is so fast it’s unbelievable!!! By the time I finish filling up my pop my food is already at the table!!! I have always loved Carl’s Jr. I come here every once in a while. Great customer service at the window only. The person was very nice. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. The bun was hard and the lettuce old and brown. It’s very disappointing they would allow this food to be given to paying customers. I regret not going to KFC. Unfortunately, after 5 hours of driving and back to the hotel, I was too tired to go back and get a refund. I called and talked to Sierra, the manager, to make her aware that the food is going out like that. She argued with me and said the food goes out fresh, made to order and when the lettuce sits a long time it will wilt. It literally sat 5 minutes. I don’t think it takes a trained chef to see the lettuce in the pic is not good. It’s an interesting parallel that the manager had an attitude & the food is bad. Tip to all, if you get food to go, check it before you drive off. Better tip, go somewhere else until they can get proper food out to paying customers.

We came here in the morning and they didn’t even serve breakfast anymore, which was like half the menu, they didn’t even have hot dogs. So me and my cousin got a cheeseburger. The cheeseburgers ended up having hair on the lettuce. We also asked for ketchup and fry sauce, but they gave us hot sauce.
