This McDonald’s is really clean and well organized, which makes the visit very pleasant. The staff are friendly and attentive, so that you feel well looked after. A classic McDonald’s, but a particularly positive impression due to the nice staff and cleanliness!

Was very impressed with the speed of service after ordering with the in-store kiosk. Our food came out in under 5 minutes and was hot. The burgers were good but the fries were less than par. Not very hot and they just tasted vanilla. Not vanilla in the sense like ice cream vanilla, but more in the sense of just being straight up flavorless.
Environment was quaint though. Sinclair gas station nearby where we fueled up and drained the ole bird.

What can I say? It’s McDonald’s so I expect a certain level of service, some good French fries and my occasional fix of chicken McNuggets. This particular place looks very clean and organized and the food came out in a reasonable time. People are friendly but busy. No complaints.

Used to be really nice until they started hiring really young kids. Whenever I ordered inside I can see the workers messing around and on their phones plus when I do get my food they give me double of what I asked for. Not only that but I see the workers smoke or use the bathroom without washing their hands.It gets so bad I’ve had to go to the hospital 5 different times in a row of going there. As a local take it from me it’s not worth it.

We stopped by this McDonald’s in Baker City on July 15th during the afternoon while traveling, and we were genuinely impressed! The young lady at the register who also brought us our food was one of the kindest and most genuine employees we’ve ever encountered at any McDonald’s location. Her friendliness really stood out and made our experience feel extra welcoming.
Another gentleman also came by to check on us and ask how our food was which was such a nice touch and not something you usually expect at a fast food spot.
All in all, the service was outstanding, and we’d absolutely stop here again if we’re ever in the area. Great job to the team working that day!
