Food is trash, customer service is trash, nobody knows anything from the crew members to management. Every stereotype that comes with miserable, unhappy people working fast food because thatʻs all they strive for…these people fit the bill. This store will definitely be one of the many more Wendyʻs stores to close. Rude & unprofessional & lacking knowledge of basic info of their OWN STORE such as the number for corporate OR HR! The same way yall hung up in my face, get ready to hang it on up & find employment elsewhere. Yall dont have a clue how to handle business, because yall take me trying to get my w2 for MONTHS, sick of the same tired, unuseful info yall keep giving me ….PERSONALLY. Get out yall feelings & find out ways to better SERVICE your customers & former employees. Yall so quick to listen to RESPOND instead or listening to UNDERSTAND TO ACTUALLY PROVIDE RESOLUTIONS & itʻs frustrating. Have the day & the sales that yall deserve !

The rudest manager i have ever came across. We walked in with our 4 kids after spending a long day at busch gardens hoping to get food. We had to order at the front and not the kiosk because we had cash. She completely ignored us. We stood there for 10 minutes and I finally asked if it was ok to order here. One of the employees said yes. But then walked off. Still being ignored by the manager. She finally comes over 5 minutes later and takes our order. She was rude the entire time to us and the employees that was under her. And rude to the other customers because they needed sauce and that annoyed her. While we were ordering our food , she walked off TWO different times. After we ordered, we waited another 20 minutes and half the food was missing, no sauce, no napkins. Very disappointed with the service. We will tell everyone NOT to come here again.

I visited this location and made a lighthearted joke about AI, but the person operating the system seemed to take it personally and began speaking to me aggressively. I responded in the same tone, which unfortunately caused the situation to escalate for no real reason. The experience left me feeling that this location lacks empathy and professionalism. I wouldn’t return, and it’s clear why business seems slow if this is the kind of customer service being provided.

Please Wendy’s management hire better employees. People that know how to read numbers and know what temperatures are you are serving food that is currently burnt. Unable to eat and a far cry from anything that Dave from Wendy’s wanted to produce. Also, when hiring people maybe going to a different race might give you a better turnout with being able to put 2 + 2 together to come up with 4 not 5.

When I went through the drive through I was given the completely wrong order. When I went to the counter to tell them, the lady rudely snaps “What’s wrong with it?” Excuse me?! They remade the order and I drove back to the office. Well guess what, it was the wrong sandwich AGAIN. I drove back to the store and asked for a refund. When I did, all the employees started yelling at each other! I gave up and left with no refund and no food. Never going to this location again!

worst service ever. I have never been to a Wendy’s who didn’t want to take the rewards deal on the app. The drive thru girl needs to be just cleaning bathrooms because she failed as a cashier. She was slow and didn’t understand how to use the mobile coupon.

Literally just went and not only was the drive thru an AI but the actual worker cancelled my food bc they were out of chicken tenders without even telling us they didn’t have any and refused to let us order anything at the window so we literally pulled up to only get half our order and nothing was done to fix it so i guess they just expected me to go hungry? If the AI alone wasn’t enough to stop me from coming back the workers definitely solidified that decision. Never coming back to this location any of the restaurants around this one are way better with ACTUAL customer service.
