This McDonald’s is part of a travel stop, so seating is somewhat limited. We always use the drive thru, so that isn’t an issue for us. Stopping here for lunch is a ritual for us when we’re returning from trips to Portland. For fast food, they do a fantastic job. The food is always hot and fresh, and packaged with care. We actually look forward to stopping here on our way back into Central Oregon.

I can’t even rate the food. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while some lady was putting buckets together could make eye contact. Didn’t even order went elsewhere.

Legitimately one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten at. About every two to three years I find myself traveling over the Santiam Pass and haven’t eaten yet. This McDonald’s is on the way out if Sisters and is the most convenient place to drive through in a town that is not convenient at all.
I kick myself every time I stop there having forgotten the abysmal experience I had there the last time. It never improves.
Cold food that is wrong, irritated staff and seriously below service. It took nearly 15 mins to get through the drive through.
Someone please remind me to never go back here again.

THE BEST McDouble and fries i have ever had at any McDonald’s i have ever been to. I didn’t even know they could be of that quality. Bun not smashed meat fresh off the flat top and crispy fries with a soft center and perfect salt. I will go out of my way to stop here on future road trips!
