I don’t go through drive thrus often, and I’ve never reviewed a fast food restaurant as a local guide on Google. I had such an amazing experience today with Maribel at this Plano location. I felt compelled to save my receipt so I could mention her by name. Maribel is so outgoing, friendly, nice and sweet that I have to give her a shout out. She made me smile all day with how sweet she was. I hope she gets the accolades she deserves. Her smile and positive energy is contagious. She should be an example nationwide of how to treat customers at all locations. Thank you, Maribel for being so nice and making such a positive impression!

After a long day I decided to pass by the drive thru at 11:29pm on 6/10/2025 oder #6920b6 taco bell 029888 the order was right but the serving was very poorly I order 2 stack chalupas no tomato no cheese and a #6 2 stack chalupas no cheese including the taco I hardly got any meat in all my food but filled with lettuce and cheese on my taco. even the cinnamon twist 1/2 the bag, not worth my money. Im just too tired to deal with this.

I want to advise others to check their food before leaving. I ordered a Crunchwrap with extra meat and cheese, which I paid extra for. After driving away and starting to eat it, I realized it was filled mostly with lettuce and had almost no meat or cheese. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location or at any Taco Bell, for that matter. Save your money and double check your order before you go.

Hey staff here at Taco Bell Love them are we friendly always willing to go to the extra mile and they’re not judging customers on the way they look dress or what they do and don’t have they treat everybody with kind courtesy and respectful they grew every customer with a smile and they do the best they can with with in their abilities keep up the good work

The food here is as expected, as long as you actually receive what you order. Feels like a 50/50 chance you’ll either receive the correct order, or food you didn’t order at all. I want to visit this location as it’s the closest to us, but the odds of getting the right food seem so slim!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the chalupa street tacos. The manager was rude as hell and just threw together my meal. They didn’t even make it how the picture shows. Then when I bring it back in to tell them it’s wrong and not even made remotely right, the manage said no it’s right and then turned around and walked off. Worst taco bell no doubt.
