We loved The Brick!!! The drink named The Rail is Awesome. It’s like a Long Island Tea, but better and stronger. They call it the redneck cousin of the Long Island Tea. We had one before we went on a trolley tour of Charleston. We had a couple when we got back along with Wings that are probably the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is great. I wish I could remember the bartenders name. She made wonderful drinks and was so very nice.

Very open and welcoming feeling to it when you walk in. Quick to service and food came out quick to.
Got a chicken sandwich, asked for it to plain. No complaints and exactly how I would love it. French fires was so tasty.
The fact in the back, there’s a place where can play games, take to your table and to play in a section.
Would love to go back soon!

Awesome local sports bar. Came in for lunch. The restaurant has a chill vibe. Was greeted right away. They have a full bar and several drafts on tap. Nice variety of bar foods to choose from. Everything we had was really good. Great place to view sports and hang out. Bathroom signage was hilarious!

Food establishment is conveniently located near our hotel and offers tasty burgers and sandwiches. I enjoyed my mushroom and Swiss burger. My daughter said the pimento cheese on her Low Country burger was the best she ever had. My wife said her cheese steak sandwich was delicious.

The restaurant staff and atmosphere were welcoming the moment I stepped through the doors from the cozy patio. The decorations are relative and gorgeous, and there was a variety of table types to choose from. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the veggie burger!

Quick, easy, and delicious restaurant conveniently located in downtown Charleston right by the museum! Good for groups, solo travel, and of course beer! Don’t miss out on this famous spot.

Came here because of rating and comments. All the food was very good, and had a local draft beer. We had Little L as our server, she was fabulous. The Smoked Sausage Cheddar Soup was amazing. We tried boiled peanuts for the first time ever. The BLT and the Turkey & Avocado sandwiches were excellent. The kitchen is top notch all the way.

The Brick is located conveniently below the parking garage and that is the best part of the restaurant.
The Food
We ordered the appetizer sampler. It had mini corn dogs (3/5), mac and cheese bites (3/5), Fried Pickles (3/5) and Mozzarella sticks (1/5). The food was okay, but the cheese kept oozing out of the stick and onto the tray. I would take a bite out of it to no filling inside. The sauce it came with it to was cold and disgusting, it tasted like it was out of a can, driving the grade of the Mozzarella sticks down to 1/5.
The Service
The waitress we had was punctual and nice.
The Atmosphere
Lots of TV’s around, light music playing in the background. Easy to talk to the rest of my table. Not too many people to watch outside. I did not like, however, that we sat right next to one of the doors into the restaurant.
Overall
Not the best restaurant in the Holy City. I would probably only return if I was just getting drinks. I will most likely not come back.

We have been doing events at the Brick since 2017. They host our quite large networking group 2-3 times a year and we have always had a great experience. The Brick is a great partner and would recommend them to any groups, organizations, or businesses looking for a venue (as long as it’s not on a date we need!).
The staff are friendly and easy to work with. The food is great and the beer and drinks are all reasonably priced. Parking is simple with the garage next door. What else could you ask for?
The answer is nothing. Great job, Brick! We’ll see you soon.

While I was in South Carolina, for my grandson’s graduation. During my visit we took a beautiful trolley ride in downtown Charleston. When we were finished with the trolley we were hungry so the brick was very close to where we were. And I have to say their food was totally amazing! Their drinks for fantastic! Is there appetizers or off the chain! We had mozzarella sticks and fried green tomatoes they were so good. I actually do not remember the name of the dishes that we have that they were fantastic! The waitress was super nice. And the signs on the bathroom walls will crack you up! I recommend this restaurant 1000%! Very cozy atmosphere! Photos I posted was from the women’s room. There were more signs they’re super funny!
