delicious AAA ribeye. Best double ceaser in jasper.
Can’t strat another review I guess. But I’ve been here twice and both times my taste pallete has been blown away.

Had an amazing happy hour lunch, forgot our servers name but he gave us exceptional recommendations.
Montreal smoked meat sandwich was 10/10, the Bruchetta was so fresh and yummy and finished with some beautiful desserts.
Wanted 3 serves of the Sticky toffee pudding.

After a long day on the hiking trails, Cassio’s hit the spot. Our experience was excellent. Our server, Lovely, was fantastic and made sure we felt welcomed and never felt rushed. Food and atmosphere were all perfect. Meals, pictured, were: Bison short ribs,, Carbonara, Spaghetti & Meatballs, and Arbiatta (penne with spicy red sauce). A “must have” when visiting Jasper

We had a phenomenal dining experience here, made truly exceptional by our server, Lovely. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout the evening. His warm smile and thoughtful service stood out right away.
I ordered a glass of wine, and he kindly offered a taste before pouring — a small but appreciated detail. We were a group of five and split the bill into three separate payments, and to our surprise, Lovely remembered exactly who ordered what without any confusion. He checked in on us at just the right times — never intrusive, always considerate.
We finished dinner quite late (around 10:00 PM), and although the restaurant was clearly wrapping up for the night, Lovely never rushed us. He still asked if we wanted to order dessert, making sure we had the option to enjoy the full experience — even though we chose not to because of the time.
The food was excellent. I especially loved the pasta. The mussel appetizer was a touch salty for my taste, but everything else was beautifully plated and perfectly seasoned.
The atmosphere was cozy, with relaxing music — an ideal spot for a date night or special evening. I’d definitely return if I visit Jasper again. Highly recommend!

Service, food, and atmosphere was exceptional. Our server was highly interactive with us, he helped make amazing recommendations on pairing our wine with our dinner. Highly recommend trying their limoncello creme brûlée!

The food was great. Server was very professional but forgot bacon and we thought we waited a little too long for him to come back considering we were the only customers. Again, he was very polite so that was a bonus. The music was a little too loud and kinda too dance/ai/factory for brunch. Just saying… its such a lovely view.

Amazing service. It seemed like a slow Sunday night before close, but that didn’t seem to matter. Waitress was friendly, approachable and personable. The cannelloni I had with a bruschetta and mini toast appie was amazing. Ended my trip to Jasper on a high note. I will return to this restaurant again and would recommend to others.

We were very surprised to find this kind of quality in a small town. The menu has a good assortment and not all the normal menu items from a traditional Italian restaurant found in the US.
We ordered the Crab cakes as an appetizer and they were different, but very good. The sauce for them was very good.
The Chicken Parm was also very good. They have an assortment of sauces to choose from.
We also did the 12oz Rib eye. Presentation was nice on the cutting board and the flavor was out of this world. Good char and the seasoning.
We would definitely come back here and highly recommend.

Enjoy a wonderful atmosphere paired with delicious food and friendly service. Conveniently attached to the neighbouring hotel, it’s situated on a street parallel to the train line where the Rocky Mountaineer stations, making it easy or the visitors.
Be aware that street parking in Jasper (like Banff) requires payment by the app (scan the QR Code) – $4.50 per hour.
