I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The level of customer service was unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

I went through the drive-through, and from the beginning, the lady taking my order had a rude tone and showed no basic courtesy. There was no greeting, no patience, and no respect in the way she spoke. When I pulled up to the window, the situation got even worse.

The tall male employee at the window was extremely disrespectful and openly rude. His attitude was aggressive and uncalled for. I calmly asked him why he seemed angry and why he was being rude, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he responded by saying that they would not serve me if I came there again. That kind of response to a customer is shocking and completely inappropriate.

I told him that he could do whatever he wanted, but that employees need to learn how to treat customers with basic respect. No customer deserves to be spoken to in that manner, especially when they are being calm and respectful.

Customer service is a big part of any business, and this location clearly needs better training and management oversight. I do not expect special treatment, only basic politeness and respect. Unfortunately, this location failed badly in that regard.

I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving employee behavior, because this experience left a very negative impression and made me not want to return.

They need to do a whole clean up on the staff they hire here. I came in to pickup a cheeseburger I ordered on the app with the little points I had and the lady at the register was completely rude to me for no reason. She asked me if I was picking up for DoorDash I said no because I wasn’t and it’s like her entire demeanor shifted. She claimed they didn’t get my order so I showed my receipt and instead of just making it she tried arguing with me so I just left, not worth it lol.

I came to pick up my order. They ask me to confirm I picked it up without giving it to me. Your orders are being stolen, I sympathize. But just so you know, you can cancel an order even after you’ve picked it up. You’re wasting your time. If you don’t trust couriers, you deliver your orders yourself. I won’t deliver yours.

There are good Mcdonalds and not very good Mcdonalds in this area. This Mcdonalds managed to be the WORST Mcdonalds I have ever been to. Everytime I go here there is an issue. This time they made me wait in my car for 10 minutes and counting for an order of fries…

Food is always good but there is always issues. Being out of ice for my second time being there. Entrance has unfixed plumbing leak for a while. The plus for this location is, handicapped ramps and rails in restrooms and parking. Drive thru is fast and efficient.

Terrible customer service. It was clear no one wanted to be there, and their attitudes reflected it. The cashier seemed intoxicated and was visibly irritated when I simply asked for sauce with my nuggets—acting as if I had made an unreasonable request. Completely unprofessional. I won’t be returning.

I ordered through mobile app and pick up through drive-thru. When we got there, the line was too long. Usually if this happens, I can change the pick up to counter but this time there was no option to do so.

I just went to the counter. No one even approached me or looked at me it’s as if i’m invincible. They just pass by without making eye contact. 15mins went by, finally someone asked my order number. He asked assistance from his manager (in black polo shirt). The manager rudely told me “but you ordered drive-thru, i can’t find your order”. She came back saying “we need to find your order”. Really? After 30mins since I ordered, it’s still not ready? I think she’s just trying to be mean and not helpful at all.

But since we can’t cancel, we went back in line for drive-thru which took us another 30mins. Over an hour in total.

This happened 8:17pm Sep 20th.

P.S. There was a manager in the drive-thru window, she was nice and smiling. The other manager on the other hand, should not work in customer service. Will never come back to this branch.

I always use a mobile app, I arrived at a restaurant, my order is ready, but there is no drink!!!! I waited for my drink for more than 10 minutes, constantly reminding about myself. While waiting, I saw that the woman who works here cleaned the toilet, and did not wash her hands, she began to put French fries on the table WITH HER HANDS. This place needs to be closed!!!! It’s unsanitary here…

I would give no stars if I could!! Went through the drive through with my toddler….got home and the salad I ordered has pulled apart sliced cheese, not the grated cheese it’s supposed to have, ordered crispy chicken and it looks like it’s supposed to be grilled but it’s not even cooked all the way through. Called and after having to call 3 times to get through they tell me to call back in 10 minutes so they can call their supervisor about my problem…..told her it had already taken 3 attempts for somebody to answer the first time and asked her to take my number to call me back and she told me to call back then hung up on me when I asked her her name!!! Not only am I super disappointed but now I’m still starving!!!!!!!!!!!!
