Today went to get some classic sandwiches mac and cheese and coleslaw. We got home and our coleslaw was half missing the Mac and cheese was given to us in small quanity as well. Look at picts below.. almost 50.00 for 4 classic sandwiches.. Mac n cheese and coleslaw. Never again will we go back .. what a waste of my money. I would like a refund for this bad service .. 3.98 for each coleslaw and 7.89 for Mac n cheese wow!!

This place is ridiculously overpriced for the quality and quantity of food you get. I’ve never seen a chicken strip as small as the ones at Popeyes. If you are planning to feed a growing teenager, plan to spend lots of money. 3 out of 10 at best. I will probably never go there again. Especially since they no longer serve shrimp. Very poor experience.

I had never been here before. I’ll definitely be going back. Their chicken is soooo yummy. We got a deal thru our phone service for a 6 piece chicken tenders. They were so good. Hot & fresh. Employees were super nice.

This location has been open 4 years. I have not been here for 3.5 years – because I did not like the taste of the food (to spicy) or the service. This is the only Popeyes I have ever been to.
Today, My father & I returned to this location to try an advertised special. In all the ways we both did not like this brand before (and often talked about those dislikes as we deprive by looking for a place to stop and eat lunch together) we were HAPPILY surprised by the “new” way we felt about the place.
I was able to get mild chicken that was also very juicy (before dry and WAY OVER spiced.) The fries were fresh and crisp. Dad had the shrimp special, he enjoyed very much, the coleslaw was good as well. The staff we had interactions with were happy, friendly, accurate and fast.
WE BOTH HAVE CHANGED OUR OPINION OF THIS BRAND TODAY, AND WILL ADD IT TO OUR PLACES TO GO.
My only draw back is the lack of condiments for the meals. The advertisement showed Cocktail sauce for the shrimp special (as well as the mobile app), and the “picking slip” said it was on the tray for dine in. It was not. I saw two people come in from the drive thru with the same problem (no Cocktail sauce.) I heard the drive thru staff member say “if they do not ask for it, how am I supposed to know they want it”.
Also, no ketchup available to pick up in the lobby – for the fries. No butter in the lobby – for the biscuit either. You have to wait in line to request some from the cashier.
I wish they would have asked / offered the Cocktail sauce, butter and ketchup when giving us our meal. Would have made things better.

Came from Wenatchee and I was shocked from how good the food was, service was fast and the workers were chill. I went around lunch hour and was worried about some of the reviews but I didn’t see any issues. This place was honestly better than the Popeyes in northbend.

We had a horrible experience. We went inside to pick up a Tender Family Pack. My daughter also got a Mac and Cheese. When we arrived at home we noticed the Mac and Cheese was horrible, very disgusting and they charged us $4.39 for trash. The Biscuits were very hard.
Also a manager yelled at an employee in front of the customers, she cried and went to the bathroom. The manager didn’t leave her alone and followed her to the bathroom not to check on her, oh no, to make her go back on the floor to work with a crying face.

Me and my family ordered a large Mac and a large mashed potatoe last night around 8pm nothing wrong with a wait but the guy who was taking our order kept telling us “order whenever your ready” then proceeded to say “sorry one moment guys” whenever we spoke trying to order. when arriving at the window me and my mom seen multiple workers not wearing gloves while handing food, we even seen one employee wipe their nose and continue to bag the food without washing his hands. I was confused and asked the manger If they were supposed to wear gloves and he swatted his hand at me? Very awkward moment I was unsure if I should leave a review but I think it’s safe to let everyone know the protocols that are being broken.

We ordered Mac n cheese and chicken sandwiches and the regular size Mac n cheese portion was so small. The container was half full. We were very unhappy with the $4 items portion being half full. I called the restaurant and the man who answered said thats the way the portions are now. Will never order again. And will tell others about it.
