Been going to McDonald’s at this location since the beginning. They were previously located on Madison Avenue closer to town. My sister Angela got her first job there and loved it. Like all, McD’s have renovation to keep up with customers needs. More drive-thru and less dine-in. Unfortunately places like this suffer from understaffed situations. I tend to gravitate towards the specials. Mainly just getting the sandwiches or burgers and eating at home with other goods. Overall good experiences!

Whoever that was on 1st drive thru window & taking orders around 8ish on 1/30 was extremely rude. I felt like I was bothering her while ordering food in the drive thru hers words while ordering were “is that it many times while ordering or what’s else is there” when I was done ordering she told me to “MOVE UP” without telling me a grand total” in a very nasty tone. When I got to 1st window I explained that I had code from the app, but didn’t get the chance to tell the person who took my order (didn’t know it was the same person until after this moment) She said she won’t take it, I simply asked why, as I have given my app codes many times before at the 1st window. She said to me “I already told you I won’t take it at this window because this screen is ordering and this one..just I can’t.. In a very nasty tone… I ended up not paying and leaving because of this certain employee’s unprofessional attitude. If she would explained nicely like other employees have done when I’ve been there in the past, there would have never been an issue. Kindness goes a long ways.. please pay attention who you hire, you usually have great employees with great customer service.

Extremely busy & efficient restaurant; they got our orders of only beef patties and cheese correct, and the burgers were greasy but tasty.

Everything was clean. Used the bathroom around noon was clean no issues.
Order was correct was in and out quick. Person came took mine and another gentle men’s Order wasn’t forced to use the electronic ordering.

Terrible service from this night crew. I ordered door dash at 8pm on Thurs October 23 2025. My Dasher has been waiting on food for nearly 37 minutes. Apparently after conversing with my dasher, one of the most highly rated, this isn’t the first time. This location is getting a zero star rating as their customer service is absolutely terrible. Pick another food service.

I stopped in SKowhegan and not being from the area, I decided to go thru the drive-thru. I unwrapped my burger and there was hair sticking out. So I went into the store and explained why I was returning my burger and customer service was decent and called to her super who acted put out, and grabbed another burger and ‘squished’ it as she dropped in on the counter. Her name tag said Ashley and has auburn hair. The employee looked embarassed and I left the squished burger on the counter. If you are having a bad day, the customer does not need to be blamed. If this Ashley acts like this at work, I can imagine how bullied her employees are!

The service was awful—staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, and it took forever to get my order right. They messed it up three times and we had to go back in twice..The food was bland and cold was still missing things within the happy meals. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this McDonalds to anyone. There were like six plus people in the kitchen, not sure how you mess up three happy meals, 1 drink and an order of fries… and it wasn’t that busy.
