As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I ordered uber eats from here and it was the coldest burger I’ve ever had an half ass wrapped. I mean even the drink was wrong an warm. Needless to say this is my last time spending money at this location.

I ordered my food through the automated system. My daughter was supposed to have ranch dressing. She got the chicken bite with fries, and I got the Megan Thee Stallion burger with fries and a pie. My daughter did not get her condiments. Her fries were and do taste like everything that they cook like the grease is old. I don’t eat fries so mine are still in the bag and my Burger King looking like this.

I order uber eats and the soda was so flat. You can tell from the top of the cup. Who is working these nights shifts. They do not deserve to serve the public or be employed. I couldn’t get my full refund and was not able to enjoy my meal. I did not go to store ,to avoid conformation or being killed. This is horrifying. This is my last time coming here. Arrived a little before midnight on a Saturday expecting a long line, but I was pleasantly surprised! I was able to place my order immediately with an automated system. No hello from the worker, but she processed my payment quickly and food was provided seconds later. My burger looked a hott mess, but was tasty and the fries were great as always!

I have repeatedly tried to avoid giving a negative review for this location. They always give me cold food. The quality of food sucks is really hit and miss with them on whether or not you get your food made like right like you’re giving good food. Good quality food. It is either cold or wrong items. The people there are friendly is just they don’t provide good service because they not providing quality food. I came there today and I was giving cold fries and the wrong size once I asked for the right size they end up giving me fresh hot fries, but I didn’t check the apple pie and after I get way down the road I see that the apple pie is old. It’s been sitting there forever. I tried to call the restaurant. There’s no way to call and speak to someone like that’s just uncalled for.

11/27/22… I’m missing two items I purchased for delivery and no one will answer the phone. I took one bite of the sandwich and almost gagged. I’m not sure what happened to this place but definitely find somewhere else to eat if you don’t want food poisoning. Only good thing they have at this point are the fries.
Went one time and the food was pretty good. When I went on 10/6/22….i got a raw burger with a cold bun :/

Just ordered large fries and they were horrible. If they looked horrible to me, I know they saw this too. Thing is, they didn’t care. They were old, burnt, soggy and tasted like old fish grease.
