After my visit to the Wendy’s off of Jefferson Davis in Chester I am convinced that each person’s experience depends on which location you go to. This particular one was terrible!!! Staff was unprofessional, food was crap, and atmosphere was unsuitable. Definitely wasn’t worth the $7 I spent on my breakfast combo. Still, I have went to other locations like some in Midlothian, VA and was satisfied. I’m not expecting too much because it is fastfood but this particular establishment made me wish I simply made a bologna sandwich at home…lol

The lady in the drive thru had her long pink hair just hanging out with my drinks. Every time she moved my drinks to make the others her hair rubbed all over my cups and the lid. I found a hair stuck in my drink between the lid and rim of the cup. That is disgusting. Her hair should not be anywhere near food or drinks. It is unsanitary.

Ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal in large and got a medium fry. Didn’t get the right dipping sauces either.

All this after they made us pull up with no explanation and no one behind us. Never brought the food out. I had to go in and ask for it and got met with attitude.

I wish there were negative stars to post. Went through the drive-thru for 3 simple meals. ZERO communication from the store when ordering. We had to pause and ask if they could hear us or they got the items correct. Paid and we were told to pull up, didn’t give us a reason for the delay. After some time, I went inside and was met with attitude. I asked for ketchup, they stated it was in the bag. I overheard someone say sarcastically, “AND he wanted ketchup?!” Left with our food. Checked the bags and the ketchup was missing. Went back inside to ask for it and an employee threw some packets on the counter top. The sandwiches were sad and smooshed. The only thing they couldn’t mess up was the nuggets and tenders. Skip this stop, drive up another exit if you really want to eat Wendy’s

I stopped coming to this location and I drive to the one up courthouse road instead…

Multiple times- I have ordered breakfast and lunch and after repeating and confirming and asking and double checking- they ALWAYS get everything wrong. I recorded a video of an order from start to finish and what I ended up getting afterwards. Its like they don’t have listening/ audio comprehension?

Breakfast- Egg and swiss cheese croissant, and one egg and sausage croissant- large home fries- black coffee…
ended up with-
Egg and sausage, american cheese, egg and cheese- american cheese- small cold home fries, iced milk coffee large…

So No its not just the “chefs” fault- the order is just put in wrong in the first place. and then to go back around and wait or try to get them to fix the food?! Took even longer- just talk to your bank and get the refund instead.
Stop giving these subpar “businesses” free money.
I couldn’t drink the coffee or eat the cold fries and the un-melted american cheese on a cold egg was not edible either- went straight to the trash.
How?
Multiple times a strange African or Island? (not sure) Guy as the manager? was trying so hard to be “cool” he made multiple mistakes putting in my order, gave me the wrong change back, tried to “flirt”??? and STILL got everything wrong in the order.

Unprofessional- These employees are wasting company time and wasting company resources.

Was disappointed in several areas with our visit to this Wendy’s.

The food was disappointing. We got the $5 Big Bag. The bacon double cheeseburger was cold and dry. I swear it had been on the shelf thirty minutes past its shelf life. The chicken tenders were mediocre. The fries were warm, about the only plus of the meal.

The dining part of the restaurant was clean. The mens restroom was nasty.

Definitely disappointing. I won’t be back to this location and may not be back to a Wendy’s…

I pulled in around 7pm tonight. April was ready to take my order. Her customer service was a 10/10! Also the workers looked like they were working hard and I had my food in a few minutes. I almost always have good service at this Wendy’s.

Most disgusting fast food restaurant. Ceiling was molding, saggy, water logged. Vents were moldy with lots of condensation. The back cooking area was gross looking. Restrooms not cleaned. Service was slow. Ordered 2 junior bacon cheese burgers but received 2 COLD cheese burgers. I wish I could put zero stars.

The staff, (Mike is our favorite) is always cheerful and happy to assist. We stop there often.
That said they have been remodeling for over 6 months. The main dining room is closed off. It can’t be used at all. The person who owns this franchise should be ashamed to let this go on for so long. Either fix the dining room, or tear the building down and rebuild.

Went through the drive through with my mom today, got a raw burger in return.

This is not the first time we have recieved raw food from this location and incorrect orders. I have also gotten a raw burger from here that led to me getting food poisoning a year or so ago.

Just the other day I had an allergic reaction, because they gave me spicy chicken nuggets when I am allergic to capsacian.

Numerous occasions we have ordered fries and gotten full potatoes in return.

I don’t know why we keep coming back here. Probably won’t ever again. There’s a Wendy’s about 10 minutes right down the road that is absolutely worth the extra drive if you want Wendy’s.

I walked into the store after recieving the order to inform them that my mother had just eaten half of a raw burger. Any time I have recieved contaminated food from any restaurant, there has always been a refund and a free replacement. The manager was incredibly rude and whisked me away with another cheap, and probably raw, burger. Lord knows I’m not gonna bite into it to find out.
