Stupid me…I stopped coming here over a year ago because the didn’t have coffee for like 3 months. Well, I tried to give them another shot. Bad idea. Drive through lady was very rude and unfriendly. That’s fine, I just want my food. Ordered the gravy biscuit combo…oh my. There was very little gravy and what I got could have been used by the National Hockey League! In fact, I received 3 biscuits; 2 cinnamon biscuits and one regular biscuit. All three were like chewing on an old boot. Avoid this place like the plague!

The food was good – service was lacking. Chicken Supremes were fresh, but almost too cooked so they were super hard… ♀️ & I’m not sure what had happened with the fryer/fry operators yesterday morning but…. The Bo Rounds…. were heavy with oil. My son also said “This isn’t peach cobbler Mama… It’s a biscuit with peach juice….. ” Not sure if “cobbler” is the word of have went with Bojangles….

I can only speak for myself. I never had a issue here. With my food. My orders. Anything. Everyone is cool with me. I don’t give them a hard time. They don’t give me a hard time. The biscuits are so good !!!! Always fresh when I come. I suggest doing an online order and picking up. The drive thru is busy.

Busy day at school and didn’t have time to run out for lunch, so I door dashed some bo-bites. When I received my order, the chicken was so burnt it almost looked like beef jerky on some parts. I’m surprised they put it in the box.

Some of the worst customer service known to mankind. All the workers not knowing basic human decency or customer service while not being rushed or berated, inquired once on my order and I was just met with disturbing attitude as if I committed a crime. it’s not hard to check on an order I waited over 30 minutes for nothing.

Wish I’d read the reviews before giving this locations another try. I quit coming about six months ago but made the mistake of trying again. I didn’t see the mess until. I got home with my drive thru order. The food was old! The pintos were so old they had a film on top and I had to bang the container on the counter to get them out. The chicken was so old, it was dried out. I planned to call in my complaint, but I didn’t get a receipt. No more Bojangles at this location.

For the money, the portion size is really generous and you won’t leave hungry. The customer service was helpful and quick. Out of everything I ordered, I really liked the sweet tea. However, my biscuit was dry and the seasoned fries weren’t my favorite. My chicken tenders were fine, but not nearly as juicy and tender as I would have liked.

I came there and got a family meal. First off no napkins no condiments. 2nd I got my food home and the dirty rice was like eating mash potatoes. Mushy and nasty. The Mac n cheese was nasty and bland. The tea taste like they done clean the spout of the tea. Only thing that I can say was good was the chicken although even that they need to tell people it’s spicy. I will never go back again. Just too much
