Today was mine and my families first time visiting here. The sweet lady that waited on us was speedy and friendly in getting our order. She was very sweet!!! We got chips and salsa promptly, which the salsa was thicker and tasted great!!! My quesadilla was good and my family loved their dishes as well. We even bought tater wedges to take home.

If you have not stopped in for Lunch or Dinner these you are missing some of the best Mexican Food, cooked to order! Customer service is excellent and you feel like part of the family, I Encourage everyone to stop in and have a Great Meal, and they also serve fried chicken,Hamburgers and French Fries and even have a Deli case full of excellent Sandwich meats and cheeses fresh sliced to order!!! If you’re anywhere near Muhlenberg County, do yourself a favor and stop by Los Castenadas in Drakesboro. It’s a true mom-and-pop gem with some of the best Mexican food in the area—hands down. The menu is simple, but every dish is full of flavor and made with care. You can tell this place puts heart into their food. Friendly service, generous portions, and a local atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

Always Good true Mexican food,especially if you ask the lady to make you a special dish. Got a little higher on their food ,but what hasn’t gotten higher now a days. An It’s family ran maybe not owned I don’t know, but its ran by a nice Mexican family. It is sometimes slow getting order if busy. Most of the time it’s fast going. They each know what the menu it’s always spot on. Street tacos are perfect. The menu is limited as most good places are, but they will make what you ask for.
