Hit and miss on customer service, usually friendly, and serve with a smile. One of the better Wendy’s in a 60mile radius.. I usually go to Fremont, IN Wendy’s.. have the BEST MADE BACONATOR FRIES! AUBURN IN, your guy in the drive thru sold me! Here is a pic of your baconator fries and I will say extra cheese sauce better than normal Today thank you!

Ordered to-go, had trouble using a “free frosty” deal on my phone but the employee helped and got it to work. $5 for a sandwich, frosty, fries, nuggets, and a drink. I’d call that a 5 star success!

I placed an online order and went here at 12:20 AM. The place is supposed to be open until 1 AM. The street sign and the menu board in the drive thru were off… however, there were people inside and the lights were on. I pulled up to the speaker and heard the automated “Hi! Can I take your order!?” come across. I announced that I was there to pick up an online order, and I received no response…. a couple minutes later, some young girl with glasses, that looked like she was about 15, walked outside carrying a bag of food and a drink in her hands. She said the restaurant closed early. I told her I already placed an online order and paid for it through the app. She said, “There’s nothing I can do. You will need to call the GM in the morning and ask for a refund.”

We went there after a movie at around 9:00 pm, the person taking our order was thoroughly unpleasant, had a giant hickey on her neck, and looked like she wanted to be anywhere else but there. The whole place was dead and I felt like I was intruding, I wanted to turn around and leave but the group I was with started ordering. The food was fine but I was not feeling like I wanted to hang around, we ate and got out of there.

We entered the building to place a “to go” order and use the restrooms. My husband opened the marked Men’s restroom to find the door unlocked and a female employee sitting on the toilet. The Women’s restroom was locked, so I went to the counter to order. A man in the back area said he’d be right with me. Two female employees then entered the area behind the counter. One apologized, and said she’d take my order from the drive thru register area. It was odd to call out across the room instead of having her across the counter. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese English muffins for my husband, and one sausage egg and cheese English muffin for myself. The man in the back told the other employee to come back there and she could learn to make a sandwich. We received our food quickly and got back on the road. We received one bacon and cheese English muffin, no egg; and two sausage and cheese English muffins, no egg. There was no receipt in the bag, so I don’t know if the register girl keyed it in wrong, or if the guy and the girl made them wrong and completely omitted eggs. Also, the freshly made sandwiches were barely warm. Meat from a warming tray placed on a room temperature bun with a cold slice of cheese. I did use the restroom that one of the employees had vacated. There were paper towels and toilet paper on the floor. The employee should have picked that up before she washed her hands and exited the restroom. That’s why atmosphere received 1 star. I worked at a Wendy’s during my high school years. This entire encounter would have made the owner of “my” store’s head spin around. We were the only customers at approximately 8:00 am on a Sunday morning. I now know why. 0 out of 10 stars. Would not recommend.

Worst experience ever. First off the hand me a wet straw like if they wash their hands why did they dry them then she hands back money all crimp out and crooked and then when I’m trying to put my money away she’s like trying to hand me my drink on here you go here you go here you go and then she gives me my food and no napkins I mean what a rude crude and unattractive person it will be my last visit ever

“Sorry, we can’t sell chili right now.” I’m sorry, what? It was 6pm! If you can’t sell chili during dinner time, then when? Went out of my way to come here and chili was the only thing wanted.

yea, i included pics of my sandwich, and receipt, asked for lite mayo and cheese on both my spicy chix sands, got a glob of mayo and no cheese, waste of time and money, gross, thanks!
