*CHECK UR FOOD B4 LEAVING THE STORE***
Our order was so messed up. We couldn’t eat most of it. But Eli, the kitchen manager was great and gave us a full refund. But that does not put food in our hotel room so we are going out AGAIN to get edible food
The salad had literally a few pieces of lettuce and a couple of croutons, it was very sad.
I asked for no salt on my French fries for health reasons. They didn’t do that. And I asked for my burger to be well done. No pink. They didn’t do that either.
But like I said, Eli helped us, he was great. And he says he’s going to educate his staff. ⚠️ From the reviews here it looks like the food is consistently inconsistent.

Had some delicious Chicken fajitas, and Nashville Hot sauce fried mozzarella sticks as an Appetizer. Chris, (bald one, he told us to say that) our Server was one of, if not the best server I have ever had in my travels around USA. Lightning quick, funny, and never let our drinks run out. Give this man a bonus or something . First time at this location and will be returning. Thank y’all!

The hostess who seated us was not very welcoming or friendly. Our waitress was good. The food was not bad, but we’ve had better at Chili’s. As we left, a gentleman behind the counter wished us a good night with a smile on his face.

this was a great visit & meal. I hadnt been here in many years & was unsure what to expect.
we got there late with only about an hour until closing time. I thought they might be kind of mad about it but I didn’t get that feeling at all (which I was grateful for).
our server came to get our drink order right away and was very attentive throughout the whole meal. I wish I could remember her name, sadly I do not. possibly danya??
the appetizer took a little while but our waitress came to explain that was because they had dropped fresh French fries, which was fine.
the appetizer & the main entrees were all very good. the food was all hot & fresh & it was a very good dining experience!

People were in shock when I told them I took the picture from our dinner table at Chili’s. Beautiful view and good food. Our waiter was great and didn’t mind us wanting to sit outside in the “chilly” (it was cold) weather.

This Chili’s has a great location with a scenic over look of the river off their back patio. Danya was an excellent server, very attentive and friendly. She had everything we needed on the table within just a few minutes even though the restaurant was at its busiest… three cheers for Danya!

So here is one for the books!!
We arrived ced about 3:15 for a pre lunch and the day was georgous-80 degrees in February so we asked to sit outside. After we were seated and gave our drink order the waitress informed us that her manager called a meeting and we would have to wait 15 minutes to place our order.
Blew my mind. What happened to the days when a manager would hold a manager meeting in the morning for the morning staff and then hold a manager meeting in the afternoon for the evening staff while the morning staff still covered tables for the afternoon staff to be in meetings. Never would I have ever expected to be told we had to sit there for 15 minutes for the Waitress to go to a meeting- not her fault but just saying poor management planning on the managers part.
I blame the manger for being lazy and causing customers to have to wait. At least take out order and assign someone to get the food out to us-no such thing as a smooth sailing ship anymore.

Had party of 40 for my daughter’s wedding reception. Russ the manager took my order for 8 Party Platters over the phone & had food set up in the party room in the back!
Everything was perfect.
Food was delicious.

We had the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and the crispy chicken with fries and loaded Mac and cheese. The kitchen didn’t serve the Mac and cheese with our entrees and said it would be ten more minutes. We also ordered side salads that had some not so fresh greens that we sent back. The meal overall was off and our server didn’t seem to give a care. Overall improvement is needed across the board!
