If you’re in Cocoa Beach and skip Gelati Di Roma, you’re doing it wrong.
I ordered a custom banana split with fresh banana, Ferrero Rocher, and Chocolate Brownie gelato — and it was unreal. The banana was perfectly ripe and creamy, the Ferrero Rocher flavor was rich and nutty with that smooth hazelnut-chocolate depth, and the Chocolate Brownie was dense, fudgy, and loaded with real brownie pieces. Every bite had a different texture — silky gelato, soft banana, chewy brownie — and it all balanced perfectly without being overly sweet.
You can taste the quality immediately. The gelato is incredibly smooth, not icy, and intensely flavorful without feeling heavy. It’s indulgent but still light enough that you don’t feel weighed down walking back out into the Florida sun.
The staff made it even better — super outgoing, fun, and genuinely excited to help. They encouraged samples, joked around, and made the whole experience feel upbeat and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you walk in for dessert and leave smiling.
Authentic Italian gelateria vibe, incredible flavors, and a team that clearly loves what they do. 10/10. I’d go back tomorrow and order the exact same thing.
