The restaurant stands out for its truly delicious and original dishes, as well as generous portions when dining in (not takeaway). The simple, cozy atmosphere keeps bringing me back again and again. A pot of rich jasmine tea is served complimentary at the table, and honestly, it’s one of the few places in the city that really knows how to brew a proper cup of tea.

This restaurant certainly brought out the most amazing and authentic vietnamese flavor profiles! For the price we paid, it was so worth it. Very enormous bowls and filled with toppings. They definitely didn’t skimp on the portion sizes here. Would highly recommend the vermicelli bowl and top it off with the fish sauce that was included. Parking lot next to the restaurant was not meant for visitors coming to this restaurant so we had to move our car halfway through the meal to neighborhood parking

Food portion was large, like the flavors. As shown, I added beef to a chicken pad thai for a deluxe; however, removed egg and tofu.

We had a great experience eating here. The staff was welcoming and kind. We ordered Pho, chicken and rice, and Pad Thai – all of which were amazing! Definitely going back!

If I could give Pho Xic Lo one hundred stars out of five…
I would.
Let’s talk about how layered, delicate, complex their clear broth is. Every time I am feeling under the weather I immediately run for that bone broth as well as #63. I get my protein, some veggies, comforting vermicelli that is cooked to perfection literally every time I visit. I’ve been coming here for about eight years now? Maybe more? And it’s just as good as the last time I visited. I have shown traveller’s this place or people who miss their home and Pho Xic Lo has been a nostalgic reminder for them every time. You comfort all walks of life.
Thank you for always taking care of me when I’m sick.
Signed, your favourite customer.

First time in my life to see kitchen staff prepare meal in the restaurant… And shopping brought in through the front entrance. The staff gather next to our table, eating, chatting and chopping up vegetables. Very interesting . Most certainly not returning as parking is also a nightmares

This place is amazing and has the greatest pho in Windsor. The grilled beef and pork is to die for and the milkshake are off the chain. I got to give it up to this place because they are always consistent with their quality and dedication to dishes thank you chefs and staff

I’ve been coming here for almost seven years. And when I think of Vietnamese food, this is the first place that comes to my mind. My usual and favorite has been the Jasmine rice with grilled beef and chicken. But pretty much the other stuff are great too. Great service and place to eat in. Definitely a place to eat at if you’re in windsor and craving for some Vietnamese food!

Absolutely fantastic! Their Rare Beef Pho is hands-down the best I’ve ever had—so good it’s become a weekly ritual in our household. I first discovered them on Uber Eats, and I’ve been hooked ever since. The food is always fresh, the flavors are spot on, and even their takeout packaging is thoughtfully done to keep everything perfect. Pho Xic Lo has officially become our go-to comfort meal—our first thought whenever we’re hungry!

Caution Celiacs! Things have changed.
Called ahead and was told they have nothing gluten free. Thought that was weird because recent reviews said good things, including a separate gf menu. Went anyway figuring I could talk to someone in person, only to be told that 2 days ago their manager made the decision that they were not accomodating allergies anymore – including gluten free. The person behind the counter went and asked the kitchen if they could still make me something safe. She came back and said “they could today, but not going forward and they would really prefer not to.”
We left.
