I’ve order d From Big T’s quite a few times because their pizza is equally delicious and affordable. Tonight, I ordered the Hawaiian chicken pizza and it came with peppers and tomatoes, no pineapple. I misread the description and didn’t realize it came with tomatoes (my mom is allergic).
I decided to call because this was not the pizza I ordered. After speaking with the manager (I wish I caught her name), we came to the conclusion that I had gotten this pizza confused with the bbq chicken pizza but she was very understanding. She explained that the pizza I ordered was correct (except they actually did forget pineapples).
Well, she was very understanding and took offered me a credit for next time, simply because they forgot the pineapple. Not only is the pizza great, so is the customer service!
Long story short, I won’t be using my free pizza credit, but I will be ordering from Big T’s again! Thanks Big T’s staff.

I joined the rewards program and I earned 200 points. Not sure how that works but we’ve been eating from here for over two years. I love the pizza and the calzones. My wife loves the Alfredo and the salads. They are always busy and the food is always good. You can’t beat the specials. They close early you can’t dilly dally around. Easy in and out parking.

Decided to try this place again as was in rush and didn’t want to drive to porkys pizza. Ordered online and 30 minutes later pizza was not ready they said 5 more mins .. almost 25 mins later my pizza is ready. Pizza was okay a little better than little cezars it’s a budget pizza porkys a lot better. Pizza 3/5 service and or their app times 1/5 cheese sticks marginal better 3.5/5. For the price probably due fast 5 instead for quality ill stick to porkys.

I placed an online order with two pizzas and they mentioned that it would be ready by 2:03pm, I got there at 2:05 and they said to give me a 5/10 minute wait. And when I tell you that the line INSTANTLY grew, I knew why they said 5 more mins and couldn’t really complain lol. Overall, the pizzas were amazing. This is my second time having Big T’s and the first time getting the Burger and The West Pizza. If I had to nit pick on something it would be I would have like a bit more 1000 island sauce on the burger pizza but truly and honestly, such amazing pizza! (Left is The West Pizza and right is the Burger Pizza, New Yorker size)

Big T’s has become my number one pizza spot!!! Their ingredients are always fresh and their crust is always soft and savory. Not too many fast food places offer quality food at a reasonable price but Big T’s does both. Pick up and delivery only but that’s not an issue. I recommend downloading the app and booking ahead because they do get busy but definitely worth the wait! The Works pizza is our FAV!!

This is THE BEST place to get pizza in the IE for sure! Prices are affordable and the food is absolutely delicious! I have 2 picky eaters and they will go through the slices like crazy. Definitely worth the 20 minute drive I do to pick up when we eat out. Staff are always friendly and never rude every time I go to pick up or we get it delivered.

Scheduled my delivery for 7:30pm through their app and the driver rang my doorbell exactly 7:30pm, you can’t get that kind of service from big chains! The food was amazing. Pizza cooked perfectly, wings nice and spicy! Amazing for a big crowd of hungry Halloween party-goers.

found out About big T’s in 2013 I was in middle school. The quality of their food has not changed. They have a 26 inch pizza for only 30 bucks dude that’s like 10 to 15 servings for 30 bucks cannot beat it. I appreciate you guys Through and through.

Gone here years ago kids bday got pizza ok.. Haven’t been back as prefer brothers pizza. Plus area dirty and full of crime. Called to ask if they had meat ravioli. Just put it this way every time I asked a question of this young woman she had to put me on hold to go ask from the time they stay open till and if they have meat ravioli. Etc she then asked me to hold I heard her talking to somebody and then she hung up No thanks!
