Burgerhaus is a small business adventure of father-son team, Jon and Evan Costas from Valparaiso, Indiana. The Vienna burger was absolutely orgasmic!
The shrimp cocktail sauce (I like it with my onion rings) was so delicious!
The only thing that I didn’t care for was the peach tea.
But other than that, our entire party was very impressed with our burgers!
P.s. they have gluten options including a separate fryer for the fries.

Really pricy for what you get. The burgers were average. I love a juicy burger, but these were quite dry. The mac n cheese is severely lacking too. But I will say, they have the best fried pickles I’ve ever had! The fries were good too. Service was mid. I wouldn’t recommend coming here, but I didn’t hate it.

Best burger in my memory! I ordered the Cincinnati burger and it was amazing! Garlic mayo, onion straws, local sourced burger that was wonderfully juicy! And the fries were also fabulous! Don’t add salt; they are already perfectly seasoned. We also shared spicy coleslaw and it was savory/ sweet with just the right amount of spice. Margo was our server and she was great. Had a visit to the table by the manager checking up on us. Altogether, it was a very positive experience and we will be back next time. We are in Valparaiso.

Wow! Our 1st time stopping by and most definitely will be back! Our server Jordyn was great and our meal was amazing. We didn’t get burgers so I can only imagine how yummy they are but truly enjoyed the grilled cheese with butternut squash soup while the hubs enjoyed the fish tacos with spicy coleslaw. The soup and slaw were so good we got orders to go! Great vibe in the place as well. Just go!!

On a half pound burger, I had to lift up the bun to see if there were anything there; Then I remembered why i had not been there in two years. In hind thought I should’ve taken a photo, but I’m not that guy that takes pictures of his food. The service was good. The food was OK at very best.
