What can I say such a disappointment. Will bullet point the issues. One issue in its self isn’t really worth a negative however, all of them ruin the experience.
• Tea served, then the waiter was chatting with the chefs with his back to us for some time. I had to call him to ask for sugar. It should have already been given of course.
• breakfast came with baked beans which was barely over room temperature. Again had to get the waiters attention as he was busy chatting to the chefs in the kitchen not looking at us at any point. He took the baked beans the kitchen put it in the microwave and less than a minute later it was back on my table. Some may say Waw that’s good service. Well not really as the beans were way too hot to be served and easily could burn anyone’s mouth if they wasn’t sensible. The beans should be served at the temperature for consumption not too hot not too cold.
Bear in mind the place was empty we were the only customers l, you would imagine service would be perfection. But it was awful.

I would like to begin by saying Jak’s have a really really good service. A very professional staff who deserve to be acknowledged. The ambience is very chilled and a nice place for a catch up with friends or a peaceful gathering with family. We ordered off course a French Toast, alongside Scrambled Eggs, and tried multiple deserts which include the Red Velvet Cake, Strawberry Cheesecake, Carrot Cake, Blueberry Cake And some Cakes we took away. The French toast was safe but the cinnamon was a great addition and could be an undercover gem. I would like to see that combination used more. Overall a nice experience and worth a visit.

Beautiful and eclectic high end restaurant in Chelsea. We found this place by chance on Good Friday for breakfast because everywhere was closed. What an amazing place! Great full breakfast and beautiful dining area with lots of antiques. They have a pizza oven, so stopped by for pizza that night. 10/10 recommend stopping by for a bite!

Jak’ was the best decision we could have made. The place is incredibly stylish, with plenty of space for dancing while still offering comfortable areas to sit and relax whenever you want.
The music was on a top, top level, truly incredible. The DJ was unbelievable, keeping the energy high all night and making our wedding party one of the best nights of our lives.
The cocktail team was fantastic. Some of the bartenders were extremely professional, making sure every drink was exactly what we wanted. They even recommended new ideas and created personalised cocktails on the spot based on our taste. A special shoutout to the Polish bartender, he was exceptionally skilled, attentive to our whole group, and his cocktails were simply outstanding.
A huge thank you also goes to Chris, the manager, for making sure we had the best table for our wedding celebration. He checked in with us several times to ensure everything was perfect, and thanks to him, the night truly felt unforgettable.
Thank you to the whole team at Jak’ for giving us an amazing wedding party,it couldn’t have been better!

Jaks on the New Kings Road is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, the warm atmosphere and stylish decor set the tone for a great evening. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive without being intrusive — they really make you feel at home. I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely lady called Carmen who was very attentive to my needs.
The food is outstanding — fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The menu has something for everyone, from their perfectly cooked steaks to the delicious wood-fired pizzas and Mediterranean-inspired small plates. Everything we tried was top quality, and you can tell they care about ingredients and consistency.
Drinks were another highlight — the cocktails are creative and perfectly balanced, and the wine list is well-curated. The vibe is lively yet relaxed, making it just as good for a casual dinner as it is for a night out with friends.
All in all, Jaks delivers on every level — food, service, and atmosphere. Easily one of the best spots in Fulham. Highly recommend!

Arrived for a christmas party on a Friday evening. 3 course meal £55. Stater was salmon main was lamb shank,dessert. Live music was great and the food was cooked very well. My collugues had a wonderfull everning and I would recommend going to this place.
