My sandwich had two bun bottoms. And they sent me honey instead of honey mustard with my nuggets. Half assed effort. But ya know it’s McDonald’s so expectations were low to begin with. No major issues, food was still edible.

I just paid $9 for one sandwich and a fry. They had a hard time giving me a free cup of water, and wouldn’t give me a sauce pack for the fries. I could get ketchup for free, but not a sauce. Insane. Wonder why McDonalds is losing business.

I had to stop what I was doing and write a review. I don’t bother with “fast food” reviews anymore unless customer service was some how what it should be or greater. But as I was munching on my sausage cheese egg muffin… this is so funny… it was GOOD.. not chewy (undercooked) not charled burnt. But GREAT. I was like wait a minute let me write a review. Still got my second muffin in bag I hope it is just as good!

First McDonalds I’ve been to where the food was actually served hot and edible. It was a chance stop on an unplanned trip. Location was convenient and very clean. Nice young lady gave us fast and friendly service. Pleasant experience overall.

Went through the drive-through line today asked for a caramel iced coffee, a Dr Pepper, and a sausage McMuffin. The iced coffee ended up being vanilla. The Dr Pepper had no syrup in it and the sandwich look like the picture the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at that McDonald’s and I go there a lot.

Needed a coffee on my way back to Marion. Ordered from the kiosk. Waited forever to get my coffee, only to get in the car and start driving and it was cold. Not usually the case for McDonald’s. The kiosk never printed my receipt and the girl couldn’t figure out how to print me one.

Well I guess it was an off day for some I’d the staff here. I arrived at 7:20 on a Wednesday night after another long day on the road.
I simply ordered the Smokehouse meal for inside. No changes no additions or any extras etc..
What I got was a burger whipped into a to go bag and shoved towards me. I reminded this young lady that it was for inside. Her response was so you want me to put this on a tray. I responded with that would be great. So she simply drops the bag onto the tray and hands it to me.
Lol!
Anyway arrived at my table, open up the bag and see the burger box on its side but no fries. Walk back up wait patiently to get someone’s attention. Explain what I need, produce my receipt. Supervisor gets called up. Clerk that took my order confirms with supervisor. Attitude food prepper girl grudgingly gets my fries. Etc..
Anyway rest of visit went without incident.
Both where I sat was sticky both the table service the seat and the surrounding floor.
So on par for a typical McDonald’s visit
No surprises here!
