I ordered the 12oz steak with baked potato. The steak was very good and the potato was a very nice size. The service was excellent, the server was very friendly. The atmosphere was fun country and very layed back. She had the strawberry salad and the onion soup off the lunch menu and really enjoyed it.

OUTSTANDING customer service!! My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a steak lunch to celebrate my birthday. It was our first time visiting this location. Our server, James, was extremely pleasant, despite having multiple tables to attend to that included some large parties. Even with a heavy workload, James did a fantastic job of making sure we had everything we needed. My husband’s steak came out cooked perfectly to medium rare.
Unfortunately my first steak came out overdone, but it was swiftly corrected and cooked to absolute perfection (medium) the second time. The manager visited our table to personally apologize and went above and beyond in rectifying the issue. It’s rare to go to a restaurant where anyone actually cares about the customers anymore, so we were super thrilled at the level of service here. We will definitely be back soon!

The best part of my experience at this particular Longhorn was the waitress, I forgot her name but she was really nice. I’m from North Carolina and my wife and I decided to give this restaurant a try, and to say we regretted it would be an understatement. I ordered the New York strip medium well and with the Brussel sprouts and she had the Parmesan crusted chicken with the baked potato. They brought our food out and my wife’s potato was cold and my steak was really rare and tough after the first bite. I explained to the waitress what the issue was and she took my steak back and brought it back a few minutes later and the second was extremely tough. After that I was disgusted and just wanted to leave. Ended up costing $80 for a terrible experience. I’ve been to numerous longhorn restaurants but this one was By Far the absolute worse one. If it wasn’t for the waitress I would give it a one star across the board.

My husband and I wanted at least 15 minutes before we even got acknowledged by anyone we had to ask hostess where our server was. We’ve been working in the Jax Beach/Ponte Vedra area for awhile. We’ve extended at Longhorn multiple times. Jules took great care of us. Lunch special cost about the same as fast food, but taste and food are much better. Fries are great. Burgers and chicken sandwiches are always on point. We’ll keep going back.
