Amazing managerial experience. Tanya was a pleasure to talk to. Our food was largely delayed as a whole. We usually have a great time no issues so I’m sure it was a fluke experience. The manager Tanya made it worth our while and I could tell her standards were not met with our experience. She got our food out right away and gave us a free dessert. Glad to see a great manager in such a prospering restaurant!!

Stopped in to take advantage of an email offer of free chips and salsa – a perk of joining Chili’s Rewards program. Was very impressed with the enthusiastic greeting from the Hostess at the front door. Was seated promptly and enjoyed friendly, outstanding service from Josh throughout our meal. Ordered the 3 for Me deal which just can’t be beat. Enjoyed the chips and salsa (we order a side of Ranch dressing to mix in with the salsa for a small up charge) The Chicken Enchilada soup as our starter was amazing- not too spicy, with huge chunks of white meat and lots of cheese. One of us got the smash burger, the other, the fried chicken sandwich. We cut them in half and exchanged halves so we could enjoy both. Upgraded our sides to salads which we took to go. Our meals included fountain drinks w/refills – an awesome deal. Still Les than $30 with the upcharges! Very pleasant GM Serena checked in during our dinner. Assured her we were very impressed with the staff, food and cleanliness of this restaurant. Heard others raving about their meals including the fajitas, which smelled delicious, and the Big Mouth Bites (sliders). Next time, plan to enjoy their Shark Bite margarita. Highly recommend this Chili’s.

I took a group of seniors to lunch today and the staff was absolutely amazing with accommodating what my residents needed and even helped move chairs and hold the doors. All 14 of our meals came out at the same time free of any mistakes and tasted amazing. Our server provided exceptional service and was not top of everything ! Thank you staff for providing such a positive experience out for my wonderful residents!

We had Chili’s Grill & Bar cater our wedding back in August and they were beyond amazing! The manager, Jen, was phenomenal. She went out of her way to make sure we had plenty of food and drinks for everyone and was so helpful. The price was awesome for how much we recieved. We still hear from many of our guests how much they loved the food. We couldn’t recommend their catering enough!

Food and service work good. The waitress definitely took good care of us, and we tipped accordingly. I think the food is a little pricey for what you get. But, we had a good time and enjoyed it nonetheless.

My son and friend attempted to eat dinner their last night as we were getting ready to go to the restaurant. My sons wheelchair battery depleted and malfunctioned because it was full when we left the house, so we had to manually push in a power wheelchair. We asked for a table for 3 near a power source, as we explained the situation. As staff was scrambling and shocked by our request they were not able to accommodate us even though there was a surge protector with all of the employees cell phones plugged in by the hostess stand. I asked to use that for 15 min just to get enough charge to get him loaded into Wheelchair van. So we had no choice but to attempt to load him into the vehicle as that failed because we had 0 battery the chair was stuck and we were unable to lift it so we had to call 911 to get assistance to get into vehicle. Not one employee came out to see if we were ok. So not only was he publicly humiliated in the restaurant but also denied reasonable accommodations. Of course I had to review ADA guidelines when we finally made it home and yes asking to charge mobility devices is a reasonable accommodation . Shame on Brinker Corporation for improper training on ADA guidelines and treating those with handicaps with the upmost dignity. We have dined at this location several times in the past and were never treated this way. Needless to say I hope my friends and family do not dine there either as service is key and that was horrible service. Here is what the ADA comment says about reasonable accomodations. We Filed complaint with Corporate along with the ADA Compliance . I know it won’t make a difference for us but to make the community aware of establishments that can accomodate those with disabilities. This is not one of them
“Yes, asking to charge a wheelchair at a restaurant is generally considered a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as it is a necessary change to ensure access to services. While a restaurant is not required to provide specific equipment, it must allow access to the necessary facilities, like a standard electrical outlet, unless doing so would cause an undue hardship. “

Haven’t been to Chili’s in almost a decade. Went 2 weekends ago and the waiter was great and more than accomidating. And him walking us through the app at the table to pay was easy to understand, and was honestly pretty convenient. The bartender was talking about tips in front of tables and it was very offputting. While people were sitting there in front of them they talking about how much they’re making off them.
Their appetizers and entrees were filling and cooked great at least I guess

Food came out cold, manager brought out fresh food after I complained. Was much better. Received our bill. Paid at the table. Double charged for drinks and appetizer. Took my card and said it was credited. Still no credit. Will not go back.
