My first time eating at a Reno’s for years. I was seated promptly and a young man was my server who did a great job. He was attentive without hovering. I got the chopped steak which had a very good flavor. It was scorched on the bottom but I didn’t knock off for that because I ordered it well done. The rolls were exceptionally nice! They had that home-baked flavor! Overall I enjoyed my lunch and I will return to eat again when I’m in that area.

We went here once about a month ago and got a sirloin steak. I asked for medium well and it came out raw. I ate it because I was told never send anything back to the cooks here. Went here again today and got the chicken teriyaki and my wife got the sirloin. I swear the chicken teriyaki was a hungry man meal (very small portion for $17). My wife asked for medium well on her steak and it was well done. She sent hers back and I’m not sure what kind of steak came out but it definitely wasn’t the same kind. It was much smaller and once again it was well done. She couldn’t eat the steak. I ended up going to Kroger and getting her a new your strip and cooking it at home since all she had was the fries which also had no flavor. She said that steak was 10 times more flavorful and was cooked just right. I’m not a perfect cook but I can cook a steak. I can say this I will not be going back here anytime soon and don’t recommend it at all. I will say though the servers have been nice and ties to make the experience there good.

I’ve been here a couple times with family. The first time I ordered the Fish n Chips, which I remember not being fond of. Mostly because I don’t think it was cod fish. This mother’s day we visited again. I got the Chicken Club this time. Wanted the spicy waffle fries as my side but, unfortunately, they were 86ed, so I went with the sweet potato fries. I also ordered Stuffed Mushrooms as an appetizer. Sad to say, I was disappointed. As the rest of my family were eating their salads, my stuffed mushrooms were nowhere to be found. They came out with my entree. A pet peeve of mine honestly. It’s supposed to be an appetizer, not a side. Upon receiving the mushrooms I was genuinely confused as to what was being given to me. A hot bowl of melted mozzarella swimming in butter? I may not be a chef. But I know how stuffed mushrooms are prepared, and this was a different dish entirely. After excavating my rubbery, wet, “stuffed”, mushrooms, it was time to give this Chicken Club a shot. The sandwich itself was indeed what I would call a chicken club. It wasn’t the worst I’ve had. The chicken wasn’t raw, but overcooked and dry isn’t the best either. The cheese was unfortunately not melty and hot (probably because I was busy with my appetizer). The bacon was nice and crispy, but again, not hot. The chicken was the DRIEST chicken I’ve ever had in my life. Literally had to take a sip of my drink while chewing so I wouldn’t choke/cough on it. The overly buttered Texas toast the Club was served on left my fingers as greasy as Paula Dean’s, but did nothing to help with the sand that was served on it. I understand that it’s a steak house. But not everyone in the family enjoys steak. And unfortunately for the vegan of the family, the only thing on the ENTIRE MENU that they could have was a plain baked potato. It was very depressing to watch. The wait staff was honestly the best part of the experience. They were very attentive and polite. Our modified dishes (due to allergies) all came out correct and without any issues, and our drinks were always full. The atmosphere is lack luster, but clean. To conclude….there’s a better steakhouse down the road. Just suck it up and wait the extra 20 minutes. It’ll be worth it in the end.

Worst service I’ve ever had and the food was disgusting. My girlfriend’s steak was raw and ice cold in the middle. I also had a baked potato that didn’t even feel cooked all the way. We will never go back. Also seems like a very woke place.

Had possibly the best burger I’ve ever eaten here Saturday, 06/17/23, for lunch! My wife and brother agreed! It was cooked and seasoned perfectly for me, with just enough pepper to taste it! So good! Our server was so friendly and attentive! Atmosphere was bright clean and refreshing! Great lunch!

Good area, it was pretty packed.. But the meal was out fast.. Drop a star as the potatoes on all 3 dishes were cold.. (Seems to be a recurring theme across a lot of restaurants ) The steaks were prepared correctly and seasoned well!

We usually eat here yearly when we come to the area- we love the steak. Good customer service! Sometimes it’s a bit chilly for me in there- but I’m a baby when it comes to the cold! Ha- food is well worth it!

The food was good, service was good, and the place was empty. I had the filet with mash potatoes and macaroni. The rolls were good. This restaurant reminded me of my favorite little spot back home in Jackson Ga.

Really delicious baby back ribs – recommend the rub + sauce. Loaded baked potato was good too. Second night I had the filet sliders, also quite good. Friendly staff, would definitely go back.
