I had never heard of this place before so I took a chance. As I sat perusing the menu I took a look at the food on other customer plates. It looked delicious and the portions were nice sized.

I ordered a passion fruit ice tea which tasted great. Appetizer was the artichoke jalapeño dip .
It was so delicious and filling. I had to take my fried chicken sandwich with fries home to eat the next day ( I forgot to take a picture). The chicken was soft, moist, and very flavorful.

I orderd some clam chowder soup to take to my mother. She truly enjoyed it.

I would definitely go back.

The rib appetizer was excellent. The brisket was dry. The Duck taco was fair. French Fries were perfect. Exceptional service.

Great customer service. I called ahead, and they were able to seat 9 with such short notice. The bbq ribs came with six pieces. I was surprised since they were crunchy from being fried and were tender. I would definitely get the ribs again.

First experience was Livermore nothing but good times there to say about it so being out in Oakland we tried this location. Both the foods on point. Hazy IPAs & Margaritas. Must try! Definitely affordable and 10/10 of foods.

Came in on Monday night, it was busy which made me happy cause it must be good. We were seated quickly. Emily our server was awesome! Great food & cocktail suggestions. She appeared to be the only server on the floor, impressive. We had ribs, brussel sprouts and artichoke dip- those ribs OMG. Don’t skip. For dinner pork tenderloin was juicy and a big dish. Friends got brisket and tacos. We had some wine at dinner and cocktails during apps.
The notorious fig and Ginny on the block were both great. For sure will be back.

Sons of Liberty Alehouse was a great find. I had the fish and chips and my husband ordered the beef steak—both were very good. We loved the relaxed, lively vibe, perfect for enjoying a meal and unwinding. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Good food, good drinks, and a great atmosphere. I came here to watch the Warriors game one night and I was impressed with everything. They have a lot of TVs so you can see the games from any seat inside. The food was really good. I liked the shrimp & grits dish a lot. We were lucky enough to get sat right away, but it did get a little busier as the game went on. I’d definitely come back here again.

Came here for dinner after having a beer at Fieldworks near by, across the parking lot. There was inside and outside seating. We decided to sit inside at a booth. Good selection of beer and mixed drinks. I had a draft beer. The food was good. I had the fried chicken sandwich, which I normally do not eat fried chicken. The sandwich was really good. Had the garlic fries that were good. The deviled eggs were good as well. Would recommend this spot.

Cool hangout with plenty of beer choices on tap. Food was good but can be a bit pricey ($25 for a 3 cheese bacon burger). That said, the portions are good. Wait staff were pleasant and helpful.
Lots of TV’s above the bar.

Off the bat, we showed up with NO reservation on Valentine’s Day; 7:30pm.

The place was packed and we knew exactly what we wanted to try since we could look at the menu online. The hostess did the MOSTEST to keep everyone in motion without anyone falling between the cracks. We waited about 10 minutes before being seated outside. The first table was closer to the parking lot and we decided it would be best to sit closer to the restaurant. They were very accommodating and swift with the adjustment.

I ordered a drink that is no longer on the menu, the Oaxaca winter, but the waitress knew what I was talking about, and was able to serve it up! It was Thai pepper ️ spicy, savory, and delicious. I did not expect to have such a fine cocktail in such an unsuspecting place!

I’m a Bay Area natives and finding a like this in San Leandro is definitely worth making multiple rounds too. We essentially did a sampler of several appetizers and it turns out they have a secret menu! If you are over 10 years old and want sliders, they will make you an adult plate, you just have to ask! We had it with the Parmesan garlic fries.

Them ribs though? Should’ve ordered half dozen to-GO. They were Hella good! We enjoyed the poutine and forgot to ask for schmoked brisket! Whelp, here’s an excuse to come back overall the food schmacks, the music slaps, and the Bay is well represented – catch me next time sporting carnitas duck tacos
