Decided to stop by this location after work after 4 o’clock one day. Normally, I tried to avoid this McDonald’s location because the fries are usually cold, the service is slow, and the workers inside are not very friendly. I don’t really care about the friendly service, as long as my food order is accurate today, I ordered a a two cheeseburger combo, fries were OK. Not hot, not cold. Eat first burger, no problem ate the second burger, no meat inside. I always tend to have problems with this location. Waited in line at the drive-through for almost 20 minutes. Definitely The straw that broke the camels back on me ever visiting this location again.

I have consistently gone to this McDonalds since 2012, ever since it had a GameCube on the interior. It is one of my favorite locations in the city. They’re fast, and will almost never get your order wrong.

I come here often because this is the closest location to me , often have problems forgetting items giving incorrect items , long wait time and rude customer service . Today was the last day I will be ever coming there I placed a mobile order a water is not an option as a drink so I ask at the window the lady rudely said “ that’s something you ask at the next window” normally I’m not the type of person to write bad reviews or reviews in general I’ve worked in fast food I know how it can be sometimes so then I pull to the next window and the lady told me her drink carrier was to full she couldn’t make it , it would have to be without ice which makes no sense at all . Was very Rude about it then I get my food I get a unsweet tea instead of sweet and egg on what was supposed to be a regular sausage McMuffin. the food was so sloppy put together this location is horrible staff here is horrible & rude, service is horrible . Place needs to be shut down and new management at this point, considering I’m not the only customer having so much issues with this location normally I would just go on about my day but this was the last straw . Do not recommend this location at all

This place is great from Monday-Friday, but on the weekends it’s very challenging to receive the same level of service I do during the week. I placed an online order at 10:15 & by the time I got to the window because of how long it took to get through the line they refused to serve me breakfast at 10:32 was very disappointing because breakfast is my favorite

11:15 am 2/13 Qtr. Pounder meal ordered no pickle,onion sandwich was cold and bun was hard ! Fries soggy. Makes me mad to pay this much for poor quality. What’d they do scrape pickle and onion off burger sitting there from morning!

Don’t eat here, negative energy goes into your food.
They need to hire some more people or close that place down. They close early, and shut the lobby down before they advertise itThe manager lady for a night time gives terrible customer service. She walked right past me as I was the only person in the lobby. She ignored me as I sat there, while she talk and yelled in the back. It’s not that they can’t keep people or that people keep calling off. I believe it’s because the leadership is terrible. I’d call off too if I was around vibes like her. Negative energy goes into your food.

Went to drive-thru. Ordered 2 Shamrock milk shakes and 2 apple pies. They said they were out of the Shamrock shakes. We opted for I vanilla and 1 strawberry shake with 2 apple pies. Our total bill was $12.17. The apple pies were cold. Upon further observation, I noticed the stickers on the pie boxes. They were expired!! Maybe that’s why they were cold. We would gladly wait for new “fresh” pies if we were given that option. The milk shakes we thought were okay, until we got home. We both got sick. I would NOT recommend going here at all!!
