Honestly this place is hit or miss. It just depends on who’s working, the time of day, etc… I like that they have a drive thru and open late. Sometimes my rice is crunchy and dry. Sometimes it’s perfect. I got honey walnut shrimp and spicy orange chicken yesterday they gave me 3 shrimp ♀️ other times they pile it on. Every now and then they forget a drink or sauce not a big deal but inconsistent for sure.

I need to get ahold of a district manager. I was in a fender bender and it happened in view of your security camera. Progressive insurance said they inquired with the store and was told to “contact corporate” and has not gotten a response. I visited yesterday 2/20/26 around 5:15pm wearing a gray jacket and blue jeans. I walked up to the counter and asked the manager dressed in black how I could request the footage for my insurance. She referred me to a manager wearing red and the individual said “you’ll have to contact corporate” I asked for a contact and they said “its on our website” I asked if there was an email for a district manager and they just repeated “you have to contact corporate on our website”. I walked away feeling entirely dismissed and like I had just had a conversation with a parrot. I used to work at the Panda Express at Belis Faire Mall in Bellingham in 2016 and I know there are reasons we would provide management contact, I don’t believe this was an unreasonable request. Given my previous work history with Panda, I cant being myself to eat at this location because I am frequently served sub-standard meals. On multiple occasions it tasted like the wok was dirty, I’ve had undercooked chowmein, and food that was lukewarm – I work in the parking lot and would rather eat Panda as a healthier option than the other food options in the area. Please provide an email I can contact to request footage. Thank you.

I suggest that you download the app and become a Panda Express member and start racking up points to get free stuff. You can earn 10 points per every dollar you spend! That’s crazy!! Your points can get you some awesome items. One of the nice things about their app. Is the fact that They give you a free gift for your birthday. You have the choice of several different items to choose from. The items I was able to choose from were one egg roll, two spring rolls or a small entree. So I chose a small entree!
Hey I spent all year trying to be the awesome person I am so that I know I deserved something special for my birthday!! Lol!! Work hard play hard!!
My experience: be aware
This happens to me at every Panda Express I visit: whenever I order a to go order for pick up and arrive on time. My order is never ready at the designated time and and while they’re waiting for my one entree to be prepared The rest of my food is getting cold in a container rather than just waiting to pack all of it when it’s all ready. Why do they have the option to order ahead ( with option of specified times ) and have a specific time to pick up your food if you can walk in and get the food quicker faster and fresher. Every customer that arrived after me and after the time my food was supposed to be ready was helped. My food was cold. And it made me feel like my other food was old. I got a confirmation email at 6:28 pm saying my food was ready. But I was already there checked in and waiting since 6:15 pm. Why is it that they work in this manner. Something needs to change. (In my opinion)

the chicken is always dry no matter what time i go in. when you ask for extra sauce for it they limit you on one sauce at the drive through its like pulling teeth from a toddler

Pretty on par with other locations, I did feel the service size on the upgraded options was small in comparison to the sides that aren’t unchanged. I felt a smidge ripped off by getting 2 shrimp and 3 small pieces of meat for a serving. The pieces of meat almost seemed like leftovers as they were tough and tasted old. The orange chicken and rice were fine. I find if you order orange chicken at this location they will pile it over into the other side and that might be why you only get small servings of any other side you order. The food was hot and other than the upgraded side was totally fine.

This is a great place to go if you have a call in or have an online order, but not if you wait in their snail pace line. 1st of all our helper, Brian, was rude, super quiet, pushy, and super slow. He must have thought he was in the Cory Hart song since he was “wearing his sunglasses at night” or was hiding the fact that he was blazed. You will get much better service at the one in Spanaway and the same quality of food.

Again , I’ve lost my taste for Panda Express due to the poor service you get. You order one thing and get something different. You say something to them and I’m guessing the female that had to go replace or “should I say add,” my medium à la carte teriyaki chicken to the order since she gave me a small not a medium and then only filled it half way. Now generally, when” YOU” screw up the order , you just give the customer what you already have them but you just fix the order not short the order…. And now since COVID I think I have had my fill of this location on 6th in Tacoma because the employee turnover there is terrible and so is the service. Especially for the prices you pay for how the have the plates or makes no sense. When you have to order 3 entrees and that 3rd is in the extremely ridiculously tiny box that doesn’t even hold a half cup . Maybe a 1/4 of a cup. Really …. For the 3rd entree you’re barely getting a cup each of 2 entree’s as it is and if your splitting it between 2 people well you get the idea. I’m certain those employees take home huge portions on their 3 entree plates…. But those à la carts need to be proportioned correctly for the price you pay.

Panda Express has become a staple for a lot of people and my wife and I are part of that as well, but things tend to fade away especially when it comes to their food . I don’t know if anyone has noticed that when you order food with Panda Express, you can only pick 1 of only 2 types of (meat) protein. Pork was literally erased from the menu and the only choices today are either beef or chicken!. Anyhoo hoo. Everything else is covered in some kind of sauce and the chow mein has the texture of ramen and the look of angel hair pasta. It’s all become a great big sugary mess!!
